I wasn't paying attention to the picture and didn't realize it was a handlebar one. I didn't have time to go get my bar out and attach it, so I did it without it. Very challenging, but so fun! Loved the music!
I was struggling a little to keep up, so I set the playback speed to .95 on RUclips and it was perfect for me right now! I really enjoyed this and will definitely do it more, thanks, Nikki!
Didn‘t use my handlebar in a while, no excuse now🎉❤. This is going into my workout plan for the coming week, how did you know I was just putting the finishing touches to it😀? thank you, Nikki😘😘😘.
I was on vacation and then ended up with a cold, so I've been catching up on workouts that were posted. This one was amazing, by using the handlebar, you could really power through some of the more complicated count legs. Added to my playlist!
Just finished one of your workouts, then saw this one, OK! Will do later❣️ It’s Saturday after all🌻🌻🌻 Absolutely Love Your Workouts, Thank you so much🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍🏻
THANK YOU! Those are great to follow. Combines both, which is what I am interested in doing since I started with DB/body weight workouts & just started rebounding. Also gave me more ideas for use of my handle too for some balancing during some body weight moves & barre-like exercises & stretch. Love your channel. Happy I found it & thanks for such good workouts 👍
I don't use a handlebar, and loved the power that we get with this workout!!! Great moves and format done unilaterally!!! Loved it!!! Just put on my favorite list!!! Thanks Nikki and Team!! You're all the BEST!!! 😁🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!!!
You might check out my rebounder walk playlist! I have a bunch of walk style workouts that can be done on your rebounder. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
I pulled my rebounder out for the first time in over a year. I definitely couldn’t keep up, and I modified dang near everything, but I did it! Just need to do it tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day…
Thank you! Love this workout! I am new to rebounding & recently purchased Bcan to start with bar and while do other fitness, can do the rebounder but not good at balance so can't get away from using the bar so while that has been upsetting to me, you made this fun with the bar. Thanks again! Do you offer any workouts with rebounding AND incorporate strength/body weight exercises too? If so, where to find?
Hi there! Yes, I do have some rebounding/strength workouts. My husband is in these, and they are great for beginners. I'll link the playlist here: ruclips.net/p/PLLAFfYE-X47FngEsUUp5Jw5atfQxRtX5s
Don't let a handlebar be upsetting to you. Try not to focus on what you can't do and keep your mind on what you CAN do. Just have some fun and don't worry about it while your bouncing, and before too long you will notice that your balance and coordination have improved which is a win. Even if you aren't seeing it right now and can't let go of the handlebar your balance and coordination ARE improving with every workout guaranteed. I could not let go of it for a while when I first started to rebound but it will improve your balance and coordination tremendously. After 2 years of rebounding I rarely use my handlebar but I leave it on my rebounder because then it's there if and when I need it.
@@EarthOwl no I’m 240 but I just don’t know which one to get and I definitely need the bar for stability. I have MS but I would truly think that this would help everything. I just need your suggestion on what is the best for someone like me because the other ones are like $800 and that’s way too expensive for my tasteseem very reasonable, but I just don’t know which one of them to do and how much room you need to do all the exercises

What’s the best trampoline to buy?
All the models I recommend are on my website www.earthandowl.com
@@EarthOwl which one is good for an overweight person what’s the difference in the number of them like the 350 compared to the 570?
@@LindsayBurneka The 300 models are 39 inches. The 500 models are 44 inches. If you’re over 300lbs, I can make some other suggestions.

@@LindsayBurneka I use the 350Pro. If you wanted a bit bigger jump space I’d go with the 550Pro. Both are excellent!
Yikes hard to keep up but I will get it ! 😅
Keep practicing!! 125 is pretty quick!
