I want to build my own house for my family in the future. Your videos are very well done thank you for sharing.
You can do it!
Thanks for the video Josh, a nice build, well done.
Looks awesome Josh!
Thanks Rachel :)
Hey Josh love seeing different ways to build! Framing in all PT has to be fun when you get a splinter 😂. Can you tell me what that recessed lip on the edge of the slab serves as? Looks like a cool detail.
Hey John, do you mean @206? Thats the garage door rebate....
From the Building Code :)
"Garage floors must be low enough for vehicle access and high enough to provide a weathering step-down to the exterior, yet still maintain a clearance between the wall cladding and the ground on either side of the garage door."
Where can I find the plans for this gorgeous house??!
Prime Designs Wellington :)
Is this dwelling founded by edge concrete piles near the slope? also the dwelling is likely serviced by roof water tank. how about sewage water? onsite wastewater treatment system with land application or direct discharge to council ww network? Thank you.
Hey Hao, if you watch all the videos on this build you will see most of the information is in there :)
@@nzbuilderI love these videos, Josh.

How do you heat this kind of homes? What are the yearly costs?
What kind of stupid question is this, you do realize there’s too many variables for anyone to answer truthfully…..smh
Ok, then I'll ask a more precise question as it seems you didn't get the context. How many kWh you need to heat this house per year? All house projects in EU have this info in the construction project and/or in the energy certificate of the home. Then you just multiply the value by the unit cost of heat source and you will get the answer.
