Hi everyone! Thank you for all your kind comments and support! It means a lot! I have gotten questions about what we are up to now, and what happened to the van. Well, first we went on a few great trips ( Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia) and then we sold it. But only because I wanted to build a new van! It's beautiful, it's beautiful when you both love it. My wife hates these things and I have no one to engage in such a thing with. Because of her "love" I only watch these things on channels like this and I can't enjoy such things. I wish you all the happiness in this universe and that you enjoy the boundless natural beauty together🌍🌎🌏
The Murphy bed seating is pushed into the space at the big opening door, the great outdoors, and so it does not 'squeeze' the space like other designs. The alcove look to the Murphy seating is very clever and the dimensional feel of the timber slats seems to make the wall appear to receed. 😊 Rear Murphy bed seats look at blank walls. Excellent solution to a tiny space. 😊😊😊😊😊 A toilet space that looks clean and hygienic and completely closed off and always available in the rear corner, perfect. 👏 👏 👏 😊
I'm stunned on this one... kitchen galley in the back, perfect right beside is the shower.. yes! then the hidden murphy bed perfect with elongated window on the door! This is way different on others! and it's still spacious! I really love this one!
I'm an architect and this is the most beautiful builds I have seen, I think this one is top of my list, this space design is so clean, minimalist and functional. "Less is More". I would make slight changes but your conversion is brilliant. Congratulations.
Well done! For me, the clean lines and minimalistic design gives me a feeling of pure and clean living. The floor plan is so simple and light in architectural complexity. Honestly, When I watched the end of the video I thought to myself that there are people in New York and San Francisco paying $5,000 a month to live in a studio apartment with the exact square footage and/or same floor plan. If you use the space for what it is intentionally designed for then I can see this van pulling a small trailer with all the recreational toys one can have. Well done! I truly appreciate your video! I’d thought I’d seen every conceivable layout for a campervan and then you come up with this! Brilliant doesn’t even begin to describe it. The design is super clean and extremely calm. A beautiful build that I’m sure you both had fun doing. If we’re being pedantic, I’d swap out the propane fridge for a compressor type and the burners for induction. 👍👍👍👍

yes, well it is missing a head, unless I missed that... The captain of the bus, van or boat, needs a captains head! otherwise brilliant, though I think a "roof deck" over the solar panels can really finish out a project like this ... most rigid solar panels are very, very strong - standing up to large hail storms (better than most regular roofs or even car windshields). I suppose one could tow an "outhouse" behind the van... might even work better... keeping the water, steam, moisture and other things out of the main vehicle/tiny home!
This is by far one of the most beautiful van builds I have ever seen, in fact it is number one.It’s is so simple,sleek,modern,clean and organized yet still has everything you need. Amazing work I love this build.

Having binged these types of vids the last few weeks, I am pleased and surprised to say you're one of the few girls that actually chipped in here. 9/10 videos are driven by the girls, but then the time-lapse are their fellas doing everything. Good on you for not perpetuating the stereotype. 👍
Probably one of the most well thought out designs... Kitchen, shower, toilet, bed, sofa. The containment partition wall from the cab is very well done and I'm not a fan of Murphy beds but this one works. It's clever and stylish and, yeh , well done!
Best design. I've been looking for one like this, but nearly all over conversion videos it's always "oh the bed has to be in the back" "got to have a garage under the bed". Glad y'all showed differently
I think your layout is the most versatile layout I've seen. So spacies and airy, yet you fit everything needed for vanlife. Well isolated, enclosed from the front will keep it stealth and make it so much easier to keep perfect temperature both summer and winter.
There was a guy named Brandon featured on Jarred Tocci's channel. Probably my favorite van until now. This has a lot of those features the Murphy bed, separated cabin, recirculating shower. I love how you did the garage and bike port and have a window but kept it stealth. Amazing build.

Love this build, especially the murphy bed! Also love that the kitchen is at the back of the van, something I haven't really seen in other builds. Been wanting to convert a shuttle bus, and was considering an L shaped kitchen in the front and a murphy bed at the back, but now I'm thinking the back may work better for a kitchen.

Absolutely stunning design! I would consider solar panels for energy instead of propane that I think it's really dangerous for van environment. Missed a max air vent in kitchen area so you could cook even in rainy days. Don't you think water reserve under the van can freeze with lower temperatures in north Europe? I loved the layout so functional, really the best I have ever seen, congratulations!!!
Everyone rightfully loves the Murphy bed, but one of my favorites is the narrow counter. Wide enough to be useful, without making it feel cramped. Subscribed, hoping to see more of the van, and supportingDutch/Flemish creatives. Goed bezig!

Beautiful, logical, graceful, functional. I’ve seldom seen such a combination of positive design ideas in one vehicle, yet you made it look cool. Best van build I’ve seen for a long time, although I’m yet to be convinced as to the recirculating shower.
recirculating shower is something i haven't seen before. the minimalist design gives it a more roomy open feeling. I like the choice of the roll up door in the back for easy access to all the guts along with the moto carrier. The moto is a great 2nd vehicle for getting around easy, but in the states i'd avoid it due to the danger of becoming roadkill due to the drivers.

Wow. This is D BEST set up I've ever seen. Very spacious with everything that is needed. You have a wet bath with the toilet 👍, a great kitchen set up, I like that is in the back (privacy) & the Murphy bed blew me away. Who would have thought to make a Murphy bed in a van right there by the main door. Your build out is awesome. I would love to van life in that. Spacious & Elegant with everything that's needed. This is the first Murphy bed I liked in a Van Build. I personally prefer the sleeping area toward the back but hidden as you did this. However this gives more living space. Kudos on a fine design.
