as a wheelchair user and the shortage of wheelchair friendly homes in GB I found it very interesting. Clean lines and light and bright. Love how it fits in with the other buildings in the area.
Love the design and the materials that were used.
A second bathroom would be good.
Really cool. I love the antracite and dark cedar combination. For Brazil this kind of house would be a great way to contruct the so called "chacaras": farm get away houses. But since this design is inspired on the European climate, I miss one thing: the outside! Brazilians love to barbeque and have parties outside, since the weather is generally warm, but with the possibility of torrential rains as well. I would personally love an approach where the terrace would be bigger with a bbq and seating area attached and a way where it would be visually integrated with the kitchen area, So that when you open the doors, it feels like one big space. Perhaps partly using an open roofed area with antracite aluminium frame with glass or perhaps a more pergola style roof. Anyways, congrats on this inspirational product (BTW, not visible on your website)!
Your architects are brilliant: the roof pitch, wood texture and color add to the great floor plan.

Three bedroom option fits perfect for most of families. And in colder areas with extra storege in entry area / windbreak.

Love it. Seems like a nice, sustainable solution.
Only things I would add are the option to include solar on the roof and ERV and perhaps even a tankless hot water system to make it a truly 'green' home.
Tankless heater are bad idea and require alot of maintenance
I LOVE this design. Do you have a garage or carport design to accompany the basic home?
I love the plan with the larger kitchen & additional closet space on the first floor. But I’d love an open loft space with a 3/4 bath.

Great house! Are the windows and doors triple paned to insulate? Also, I am interested in having a house come to, or close to, the passive house standard with minimal thermal bridging and (mostly) airtight. Can you please speak to this? What city in the USA?
I really look forward to more designs from your company. The one question I have is if Solar Panels and and battery storage is taken into account for the plans. Having space allocated for the physical battery storage would be important to anyone that wants to go off grid or just have a back-up in case municipal power goes down.
I think in the large option of the floor plan we can make a space for batteries.
I went solar in my lake house. The code here in Canada did not allow for the batteries to be inside, they put out co2.
At my place they built a box for the batteries with ventilation. The inverter can go in the house. It was the best thing I ever did.

Yes, why not. But we will reduce effective area for living with it

I love it. I'm always amazed at the simple exterior facades and wonder why the US lags behind on absolutely everything when it comes to constructing modern prefabs. This is gorgeous, the best the US has to offer is some god awful sheds from the home depot.... lord.

nice house, nise design
I’m wheelchair bound so am looking for either a one floor or the option to have an elevator to access lofts/second floor. Too, those of us in wheelchairs need bathrooms that are configured in such a way as to make using all the facilities accessible. All of the prefabricated or manufactured homes I’ve investigated to date assume all potential buyers can climb stairs and negotiate narrow hallways. Thank you.
