  • In this video, I explain part of my method for finding happiness. By dividing your life into the 5 most important life categories and rating them according to your unique values, you can start to pinpoint areas that need improvement and why. This is only a portion of the method I use, but it is a great place to start after you know your values. Watch that video on this channel, too. These 5 Life categories are listed below, along with the questions to ask.
    1. Financial Independence
    2. Mind Health
    3. Body Health
    4. Relationships
    5. Passion Pursuits
    After you rank yourself:
Find your lowest-rated category and ask what specific actions you can take to improve your rating. Write them down and work on them for the next 90 days.
If you cannot complete the tasks, ask yourself what fears or beliefs are holding you back? Write them down.
Then, ask yourself what actions you must take to overcome these fears or beliefs. Write them down and take action. Stay tuned. More coming.
    In this video, you'll learn:
The Five Key Areas of Life: Discover how to assess your life across financial independence, mind health, body health, relationships, and passion pursuits.
Self-Evaluation Techniques: Learn how to rate yourself in each area from 0 to 10 and identify where you stand.
Actionable Steps for Improvement: Find out how to create a personalized action plan to enhance your life and happiness.
Overcoming Fear and Resistance: Understand the emotional barriers that may hold you back and how to tackle them.
Real-Life Examples: Hear personal stories and examples to help you relate and apply these concepts to your own life.
Whether you're struggling with financial independence, seeking better mental clarity, or looking to enrich your relationships, this video offers practical advice and strategies to help you live a more fulfilling and happy life.

As a rule, it is optimal to learn to want what you need, as opposed to needing what you want.

Thank you, as I said in the other video just left my job. I’m 29 with some health challenges and spinal challenges but I know that I’m still capable of pretty much anything that I wanna do I’ve just gotta figure out what I wanna do…. I’ve never been able to figure it out… I don’t know what I’m passionate about, I’m passionate about having a life worth living I just haven’t figured out how to get there

@@abrokemillionaire that’s the thing I don’t even really know anymore, it’s like 7 years in that job brainwashed me before that I was just surviving treading water and hanging out doing construction I enjoyed that as much as anything I’ve done I guess before I jacked my back up in a couple wrecks but it’s finally starting to heal. I see people find THERE THING and I love that that’s what I want I’ve just never found it. I know quite a little bit about nutrition, dieting, and working out I was starting to make my own personal training business before I got infested with parasites last year and have spent the last year trying to get rid of the pain and issues that resulted from them eating my organs. I picked up learning the guitar a few months ago and that’s been going great I love music. Your video’s are very inspiring and give me hope. I’ve never been money motivated I’m happiness and joy and love motivated. I have been such a happy guy all my life and it’s just the last couple of years that have really flattened my wheels and I think that hellscape of a job was a big part of it. Luckily I saved a little chunk to get by on so I don’t have to rush to the nearest piece of shit job to survive. I’ve never tried anything tech maybe that could be interesting

This video dropped at the exact moment I was thinking about whether or not I am truly happy with my life. Love the way you categorized it as it helps put things into perspective.
I'm actually doing great across the board outside of relationships or lack there of. Part of this was losing my best friend but fear and doubt are the main hurtles.

    Satisfaction is more valuable.
Happiness may be a societal construct that could be hindered by society.
Unhappiness might be easier to identify and avoid. The rest is not to be bought and sold.

A middle aged millionaire is quite common nowadays. If you've worked for 35+ years, you're probably at that level. Multi-millionaire is not so common.

@@bobcaygeon975Actually average net worth at that age is about 717,000 in the US and that includes your home. Keep in mind that many people in this country have done hard physical work their entire life for very little money. Unfortunately, people who have physically difficult jobs often have to retire early with very little money because their bodies are worn out.
