Ok well I was feeling the worst I had ever felt in my life, I was homeless and living in a refuge with my 2 children I was in a area where I had no one, but an ex that was a stalker trying to kill me I had no friends or family or anyone to support me, around that time family members died and my sister nearly died also from an overdose, it felt like every single day my life was just getting worse and worse, I needed something to make me feel like there was something worth living for. I tried this every night because I felt worthless... and I didn’t see results straight away but slowly I could see my life changing every single day, I met a guy who loves me like no one has before, he loves and has accepted my kid’s like his own, we are now engaged, i moved to the city I have found friends who are like family now I have just moved into my own place so my kids are finally settled and in a safe place and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life, AMEN to that ❤️🙏🏼

Truly look and see that none is without sin making none better or more worthy of love than another. Gods love is unconditional. To the point to where he gave his only Son Jesus Christ to die for us, that whoever believes in him will have eternal life. Only the Holy Spirit can lead you to the truth, which is in Jesus Christ. (MY MESSAGE: JESUS CHRIST IS THE TRUTH) Its a supernatural belief, not our own but one supplied from God. We cannot rely on ourselves for trust and belief but rather the God of the Holy Bible, His Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ. I needed help and accepted Jesus into my life and everything changed. By the witness of the Holy Spirit inside of me I can testify that Jesus is God and is the truth, the way and the life and he is the only way to be saved from sin and to have true love and peace. What about when you get old, what then! are you really going to be filled with happiness and have beauty, No you will not. What if you could have all these things but in a different way. What if you could fill that hole in your heart forever right now instead of trying to find pleasure and happiness through porn and sex and dirty jokes and pride for your bodies, making fun of people because it all just feels soooo good. Not accusing anyone, but rather speaking of things I used to do myself. But I was once of this world and since I did those things I’m sure the rest of the world does them as well because the devil puts these things in all of our hearts but we make the decision to participate in them. For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. I’m not perfect and never will be until I see Jesus Christ. I fall down and sin every day. But a Righteous man gets back up 7 times. I’ve got news Very Very good news. hear what I have to say. Jesus says whoever believes in me shall have eternal life. Jesus is God shown through many miracles that only God himself can do the God of the holy Bible . Jesus was raised on the third day into a glorified body which depicts the promise of our future promised eternal life. There is no other way to heaven but through Jesus, just seek him repent of your sins and ask the Lord Jesus to come into your life and you will be saved and feel his love. You may not believe it and just scroll through but I tell you when you accept Jesus, truly accept him in your heart you will know that you know him and will never want to go back. Don’t delay, we see what’s going on in the world time is short, you’re not guaranteed to be here tomorrow, so make the decision now before it’s too late. Let Jesus in your heart and sin no more. Right now your lusts and desires, evil thoughts and all of these other things may seem so good and feel so good right now. But trust me, when you accept Jesus into your life, truly accept him you won’t want the pleasures of this life, Jesus will be your one desire and will fill that hole in your heart, you may not even realize that it’s there. But think about, just think about it you know you’re searching. You don’t have to suffer needlessly anymore. It will be a tough journey in Jesus because narrow is the path that leads to life but wide is the path that leads to destruction. No it’s not going to be easy but the sufferings in this world is nothing compared to the Joy in heaven. Really read your bibles. Start in the gospel of John in the New Testament. Just give it a chance and you will see that what I say is true. The Holy Spirit will touch your heart if it’s Gods will and you will no longer be blind to the truth. You’re search will end and you will finally be satisfied. It’s amazing and you will never ever want to go back. Ask Jesus to come into your life and believe that he died on the cross and was raised from the dead after 3 days in your heart and you shall be saved. Saved from the punishment of your sins, because the wages of sin is death and God sent Jesus to die for our sins so we don’t have to spend eternity in hell suffering gods judgement. We are without excuse and cannot say that God doesn’t love us. He gave his only son to die for us. Every knee will bow to the Lord Jesus Christ and confess that he is Lord, whether you accept his death as payment for your sins or not. There’s only one right choice and that’s life not death. All it takes is a beautiful mindset . I say this not to be cliché or taken lightly . Our selflessness is simply a choice that we must act on . I didn’t always care about the human race or the human experience in its entirety. I didn’t really even believe in love . I was so selfish and took and robbed people of hope ! That anger led me down the darkest path I’ve ever walked . After being led to Alaska after the marine corps I almost died on six occasions out crab fishing in the Bering sea in January and February in 32 degree waters where on more than one occasion I was washed overboard!!!! I should have died but somehow and something was keeping me here , keeping me alive ............ what was that something?!?!? What power was the universe trying to show this wicked and selfish dark soul of mine !!! It changed me soooo deeply ! One of the guys I worked with was a saved Christian kid named Ki Piennpursu from Cambodia. After ya almost sinking from being tossed by the sea up onto the rocks of the island of attu (the last island in the Aleutian chain of islands in Alaska towards Russia ) Ki began to pray , the storm went away ! I was washed overboard and Ki again began to pray ...... a mid water net full of Pollux fish (not our net ) came up directly underneath me and lifted my dying body out of the icy waters, saving me yet again !!! Did I believe , no , did I give my heart to god , no , did I start to watch and see things , YES !!! Ki read to me out of his bible every single night as we lay in our bunks , even if it was only one sentence. He was always faithful . We worked together for 10 seasons , I almost died 6 times , and he invited me to his village in Cambodia 5 times . I went to Cambodia 6 times , staying longer each and every time . I didn’t go with a mission in mind , I didn’t go to receive anything, I just wanted to see ! I loved the culture ! I loved the food ! I loved the people and the places ! I learned soooo much . I started wanting to give more of myself to the people, so I learned how to build water purification systems the you can build with the things the land around you provides !!! So I started building cisterns for purifying water for villages . My motto taxi driver was named Mista Hang (I called him Lucki ) he survived the Pol Pot regime !!!! He never had enough money to buy a brand new 110 cc moped for doing his motorcycle taxi services and yet he worked his life to the bone to provide a simple living for his family in the city of Phnom Phen and sent every cent home to the village to support his farm . His moto taxi was always breaking down so one year as I returned I bought my new amazing friend Mista Hang a brand new Candy apple red 250cc moto taxi for $1600 US . And a new fat milk cow for the village. He cried like a baby and washed my feet for me .............. his wife made me a brand new outfit !!!!! I had literally and absolutely NEVER FELT SOOOO MUCH PURE INNOCENT LOVE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE !!!!! It changed me into the man I was always supposed to be !!!! I didn’t instantly give my heart to a creator god . I didn’t find some religious cult . What I found was pure , what I found was true and lasting spirituality . The truth and the love and the life behind the words that Jesus Christ spoke to the people when he was trying to teach them . I still to this day don’t fully understand what all took place nor why it happened to me and still is happening to me almost daily . But , what I do know is it has changed me forever in the way I look at this world filled with broken and lost hurting human beings !!!! Like I said I didn’t find a religion nor a religious experience, I found and fell in deep love with the spiritual side of the human experience and it made me purely love everything and everyone with a purely innocent love ......... the closest idea to what I feel the human man Jesus was trying to say to us . To lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters and when evil is done to us , forgive , and offer them our coat and our tunic as well . For they are just hurting and lost , and they know not what they do !!! For in doing this act of love , some may be saved !!!!! Why did I feel so compelled to say all of this to you ......... I have no idea , but you might ?!?!? I hope that something speaks to you and that you can take something from it ....... I offer my love freely and expect nothing in return . I just truly believe and hope that we can heal the world for real !!!! May all of your days be blessed and bright . And may it all be well with your soul . A friend who cares for real ! Ok well I was feeling the worst I had ever felt in my life, I was homeless and living in a refuge with my 2 children I was in a area where I had no one, but an ex that was a stalker trying to kill me I had no friends or family or anyone to support me, around that time family members died and my sister nearly died also from an overdose, it felt like every single day my life was just getting worse and worse, I needed something to make me feel like there was something worth living for. I tried this every night because I felt worthless... and I didn’t see results straight away but slowly I could see my life changing every single day, I met a guy who loves me like no one has before, he loves and has accepted my kid’s like his own, we are now engaged, i moved to the city I have found friends who are like family now I have just moved into my own place so my kids are finally settled and in a safe place and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life, AMEN to that ❤️🙏🏼

I haven't had it nearly as rough, but since I started paying more attention to my habitual and oftentime limiting patterns of thought and tried making use of autosuggestions/affirmations myself, I do feel and see a subtle positive difference in my own demeanour and can only hope it continues. You may be like “oh I don’t sin” or “oh I’m not that bad” Truly, the punishment for our sins is so bad that God gave us his son to die on the cross to pay for our sins because he loves us so much. You are Just searching and are never finding, not even until your death will you find what you’re searching for unless you believe this message. I once used to be that person too. I searched and searched and watched these videos you know motivation, I can do this, I’m gonna have my dream job, let me look in the mirror I look so good, or oh I’m ugly I need to get a glow up, you know just trying to find the meaning of life and how to feel good and be smart about the world. I needed help and accepted Jesus into my life and everything changed. By the witness of the Holy Spirit inside of me I can testify that Jesus is God and is the truth, the way and the life and he is the only way to be saved from sin and to have true love and peace. What about when you get old, what then! are you really going to be filled with happiness and have beauty, No you will not. What if you could have all these things but in a different way. What if you could fill that hole in your heart forever right now instead of trying to find pleasure and happiness through porn and sex and dirty jokes and pride for your bodies, making fun of people because it all just feels soooo good. Not accusing anyone, but rather speaking of things I used to do myself. But I was once of this world and since I did those things I’m sure the rest of the world does them as well because the devil puts these things in all of our hearts but we make the decision to participate in them. For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. I’m not perfect and never will be until I see Jesus Christ. I fall down and sin every day. But a Righteous man gets back up 7 times. I’ve got news Very Very good news. hear what I have to say. Jesus says whoever believes in me shall have eternal life. Jesus is God shown through many miracles that only God himself can do the God of the holy Bible . Jesus was raised on the third day into a glorified body which depicts the promise of our future promised eternal life. There is no other way to heaven but through Jesus, just seek him repent of your sins and ask the Lord Jesus to come into your life and you will be saved and feel his love. You may not believe it and just scroll through but I tell you when you accept Jesus, truly accept him in your heart you will know that you know him and will never want to go back. Don’t delay, we see what’s going on in the world time is short, you’re not guaranteed to be here tomorrow, so make the decision now before it’s too late. Let Jesus in your heart and sin no more. Right now your lusts and desires, evil thoughts and all of these other things may seem so good and feel so good right now. But trust me, when you accept Jesus into your life, truly accept him you won’t want the pleasures of this life, Jesus will be your one desire and will fill that hole in your heart, you may not even realize that it’s there. But think about, just think about it you know you’re searching. You don’t have to suffer needlessly anymore. It will be a tough journey in Jesus because narrow is the path that leads to life but wide is the path that leads to destruction. No it’s not going to be easy but the sufferings in this world is nothing compared to the Joy in heaven. Really read your bibles. Start in the gospel of John in the New Testament. Just give it a chance and you will see that what I say is true. The Holy Spirit will touch your heart if it’s Gods will and you will no longer be blind to the truth. You’re search will end and you will finally be satisfied. It’s amazing and you will never ever want to go back. Ask Jesus to come into your life and believe that he died on the cross and was raised from the dead after 3 days in your heart and you shall be saved. Saved from the punishment of your sins, because the wages of sin is death and God sent Jesus to die for our sins so we don’t have to spend eternity in hell suffering gods judgement. We are without excuse and cannot say that God doesn’t love us. He gave his only son to die for us. Every knee will bow to the Lord Jesus Christ and confess that he is Lord, whether you accept his death as payment for your sins or not. There’s only one right choice and that’s life not death. All it takes is a beautiful mindset . I say this not to be cliché or taken lightly . Our selflessness is simply a choice that we must act on . I didn’t always care about the human race or the human experience in its entirety. I didn’t really even believe in love . I was so selfish and took and robbed people of hope ! That anger led me down the darkest path I’ve ever walked . After being led to Alaska after the marine corps I almost died on six occasions out crab fishing in the Bering sea in January and February in 32 degree waters where on more than one occasion I was washed overboard!!!!
I should have died but somehow and something was keeping me here , keeping me alive ............ what was that something?!?!? What power was the universe trying to show this wicked and selfish dark soul of mine !!! It changed me soooo deeply ! One of the guys I worked with was a saved Christian kid named Ki Piennpursu from Cambodia. After ya almost sinking from being tossed by the sea up onto the rocks of the island of attu (the last island in the Aleutian chain of islands in Alaska towards Russia ) Ki began to pray , the storm went away ! I was washed overboard and Ki again began to pray ...... a mid water net full of Pollux fish (not our net ) came up directly underneath me and lifted my dying body out of the icy waters, saving me yet again !!! Did I believe , no , did I give my heart to god , no , did I start to watch and see things , YES !!! Ki read to me out of his bible every single night as we lay in our bunks , even if it was only one sentence. He was always faithful . We worked together for 10 seasons , I almost died 6 times , and he invited me to his village in Cambodia 5 times . I went to Cambodia 6 times , staying longer each and every time . I didn’t go with a mission in mind , I didn’t go to receive anything, I just wanted to see ! I loved the culture ! I loved the food ! I loved the people and the places ! I learned soooo much . I started wanting to give more of myself to the people, so I learned how to build water purification systems the you can build with the things the land around you provides !!! So I started building cisterns for purifying water for villages . My motto taxi driver was named Mista Hang (I called him Lucki ) he survived the Pol Pot regime !!!! He never had enough money to buy a brand new 110 cc moped for doing his motorcycle taxi services and yet he worked his life to the bone to provide a simple living for his family in the city of Phnom Phen and sent every cent home to the village to support his farm . His moto taxi was always breaking down so one year as I returned I bought my new amazing friend Mista Hang a brand new Candy apple red 250cc moto taxi for $1600 US . And a new fat milk cow for the village. He cried like a baby and washed my feet for me .............. his wife made me a brand new outfit !!!!! I had literally and absolutely NEVER FELT SOOOO MUCH PURE INNOCENT LOVE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE !!!!! It changed me into the man I was always supposed to be !!!! I didn’t instantly give my heart to a creator god . I didn’t find some religious cult . What I found was pure , what I found was true and lasting spirituality . The truth and the love and the life behind the words that Jesus Christ spoke to the people when he was trying to teach them . I still to this day don’t fully understand what all took place nor why it happened to me and still is happening to me almost daily . But , what I do know is it has changed me forever in the way I look at this world filled with broken and lost hurting human beings !!!! Like I said I didn’t find a religion nor a religious experience, I found and fell in deep love with the spiritual side of the human experience and it made me purely love everything and everyone with a purely innocent love ......... the closest idea to what I feel the human man Jesus was trying to say to us . To lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters and when evil is done to us , forgive , and offer them our coat and our tunic as well . For they are just hurting and lost , and they know not what they do !!! For in doing this act of love , some may be saved !!!!!

It will, with every negative thought u have, replace it with a positive. Our subconscious mind is sooo clever! Its tuned to make us believe our shitty thoughts r real, which in turn we believe.
Keep at it....pilates and walks have helped me. I also meditate by taking deep breathes n focussing positive oxygen to all my organs- thst suffered everytime i worry n live in the what if world. We can do this. Remember u r not alone. Sometimes talking to a stranger helps. Im all ears!!!! X stay blessed
