    Thank you for taking time to do this. It is not like it is going to waste, but it helps us white people that live in a town where there are no quality mexican food places.

    Me encanta tus Molcajetes! I have about 3 and love them all. Nothing like making salsas and guisós on a molcajete my favorite is grinding comino, garlic, black peppercorn and mixing it with cerveza and adding it to any meat dish. Ps love your channel saludos desde California.🍻🌮🌶️

    I made this salsa today. I don’t have a molcajete. But i still hand pounded it. My final product has too much of tomato juice. Because of that, it looks more watery than yours. The taste is good though. Did I do something wrong?

  • @SpaceMiner007
    @SpaceMiner007 Год назад

    thank you for showing us your salsa ideas. they are very similar to my salsa fresca. Have you ever added lime juice in your salsa?
    The main difference is that you use your molcajete, and I haven't been able to purchase one yet.

    • @VillaCocina
      @VillaCocina  Год назад +1

      I've never added lime juice to my salsa because thats the way I was raised. Im not closed to the idea, since some acidity helps to balance and open up flavors. I rather add some tomatillos for a touch of acidity.
