Thank you for taking time to do this. It is not like it is going to waste, but it helps us white people that live in a town where there are no quality mexican food places.
After retiring to México, I bought a molcajete. What a difference the flavors are using it. Looking forward to another great, authentic salsa recipe. Gracias
Me encanta tus Molcajetes! I have about 3 and love them all. Nothing like making salsas and guisós on a molcajete my favorite is grinding comino, garlic, black peppercorn and mixing it with cerveza and adding it to any meat dish. Ps love your channel saludos desde California.🍻🌮🌶️
Wonderful channel. There are no Mexican restaurants or food stands where i live, so channels like yours are a gold mine for people like me who love Mexican cuisine ❤
The salsa looks absolutely delicious but I'm chicken to use my molcajete because I feel thers going to be rocks. I wash it and let it dry. Not sure if I am doing it right. What do you suggest I do so I can use it? TIA Marie L.
Did you guys get a new camera? The colors are more vibrant than usual…I’m going to make the chipotle salsa and let you know how it turns out! Have a great weekend, so glad you’re feeling better!
Looks delicious. Missed the live rollout of this video. I am not sure if you meant to say "pre-hispanic" or "pre-historic" in that one line at the beginning (about the Molcajete) 0:19 but ... Maybe both would work. :-)
Can you make the salsa with avocado, tamatillo, Serrano and the other ingredients? A friend's girlfriend from Oaxaca made it when they visited and I've never been able to recreate it.
You said slice 1/4 of white onion but when you pulled it from the bowl and mashed it looked like just a small slice not a 1/4 of a medium white onion? Did it get editted out?
😁✨ trying to recreate the sparkling teeth with emoji's 🤣 You should bottle this up and sell it in the supermarkets and please do it in bulk form I want a bunch 🤷
I made this salsa today. I don’t have a molcajete. But i still hand pounded it. My final product has too much of tomato juice. Because of that, it looks more watery than yours. The taste is good though. Did I do something wrong?
thank you for showing us your salsa ideas. they are very similar to my salsa fresca. Have you ever added lime juice in your salsa? The main difference is that you use your molcajete, and I haven't been able to purchase one yet.
I've never added lime juice to my salsa because thats the way I was raised. Im not closed to the idea, since some acidity helps to balance and open up flavors. I rather add some tomatillos for a touch of acidity.
Why are you making lazy eyes? you're more beautiful when your eyes are fully open. You know what, I am Filipino with Mexican ancestry from my father. I'll be waiting for more of your recipes.

That’s commitment ☺️ glad we can help.
I never tried making a salsa using chipotle. I will try it today when I get off work. Thank you for sharing!
Hope you enjoyed!
Already gave my "thumbs up" 👍 because I know this is going to be good! 😁💙✨
Hope you like it!
Oh this looks good. Wow. Thank you for sharing.
God bless all here.
It’s a pleasure!

Great video. I bought a molcajete, cured it & started making my own salsa from your first salsa teaching videos. You're the best!
That is awesome!
This is making my mouth water.
Thanks!
Thank you for always being so generous!
Hmmm, roasting the veggies must really add to the flavor! 😋
Thank you God Bless
Both salsa's look really good. Glad to see you are better. Bought our molcajete in Guanajuato City and it works very well. Take care.

Looks wonderful ! I don't have a molcajete thought. What other way can I do it, food processor ?

I want to call you salsa Queen seriously, you are.
Oh wow, thank you! 😅
Right after I wrote my comment you answered my question!
is there a right/wrong way to prep for the first time use a mocajete as well as cleaning it after use? Love your videos
Feel free to check out my video on how to cure a molcajete: ruclips.net/video/KUYfNFUWlXQ/видео.html

I was frying some catfish while you made this. Sorry. Glad you are feeling better and that looks amazing!! Hi Nelson!! 🍺👍🏽☺💯

Do you remove the skin from the tomatoes or leave them on.? TIa.
Brava, Grazie.
Prego!
I see that you have a small matate in the background; where did you get it??
Grino question: How do I know if the tomatoes are completely cooked when using a comal?
Did you guys get a new camera? The colors are more vibrant than usual…I’m going to make the chipotle salsa and let you know how it turns out! Have a great weekend, so glad you’re feeling better!
No, same camera. ☺️
Have you ever made small chicken tacos with cheese and avacodo we buy them from truck food
Like crunchy tacos?
Villa Cocina could you make a habanero salsa?
Hello, can you supply a link to a good molcajete please. I’m looking but there’s so many options. Thanks
you can find the link in the description area to the one I use. 😊

Pre-hispanic: period of time before the Spanish came to mesoamerica. 😊
@@VillaCocina ah.... got it
8 months late watching this. Was curious, do you ever make a cooked salsa?
Can you make the salsa with avocado, tamatillo, Serrano and the other ingredients? A friend's girlfriend from Oaxaca made it when they visited and I've never been able to recreate it.
An avocado salsa?
Well I'm pretty sure it had tamatillos, avacado, and serrano peppers. I'd assume it had garlic and onions too.
nice lady. no click bait or weird girly show here. thanks

Salsas are just so good! ☺️
What is vi-arity of flavor

@@VillaCocina Probably adding a tomatillo would help
❤👨🍳🌮💃
AZTEKA
No lime?
We don’t add lime to our salsas, but you may if you prefer it that way
This will be the 50th salsa recipe this girl has done.
And! With a TON of pride 🇲🇽😉🔥
What? Only 50? After moving to México, I was surprised to find so many different salsas. They vary from region to region.
Don't you mean Indian they were using them thousands and thousands of years ago That's where I got my first one oh old Indian village and I was a kid
2 much talking
You pile tomato
