Nice crust you have! Can I know how much dry instant yeast to used for 0.25g fresh yeast and 2g fresh yeast? :)
0.25g of fresh yeast is about 0.08g of instant dry yeast, and 2g of fresh yeast is about 0.7g of instant dry yeast.
