Haven’t uploaded since 1914. You ok?
Anybody else here for some motivation to get Arthur Morgan’s body lol
Lmfao
Hey Dutch
the fact that he has a chest just blows my mind.
He did the damn thing in 30 days!!👍😁
Good video, but didn't have enough info in it.
It will be so good if you upload your full workout and eating plan somewhere.
Just me or did he look fly at week one?
I mean, that physique though
the transition photo in the thumbnail - just made it darker and actually flexed in it to make it look like a lot of progress was made
Not to mention it was post pump lol
"I tried to make him quit. " Thanks! That's all I needed :)
Funny thing too is he did quit after the 30 days 😂😂😂
For a skiñy guy his got a good chest
His first session he was repping out dips like tf did not expect that! But then again hes black... Most black people i know have sickass genetics and bench 135 when they first get into the gym.
Wasian Banana not true
@@DK-mc9cn His personal experience is not true? Okay.
Grim Bot is true bud. Look at the NBA/NFL :)
@Diablo 9 being black has somethings to do with that. Specially when you consider the genetics
I Trained with Corey He is by far the most legit guy I have worked with. Corey I'll call you soon still on the road. Glad to see the success!!!

Rap god
*is eating McDonald’s while watching this*
“I should try this... later...”
"I could that if I tried."
You even changed your skin color. damn that's impressive.
When he says "30 days will change your life, relationships status, and income trust me " I felt that
You can't compare a pre-workout video from day 1 to a video after a workout pump from day 30. Im sure there were results but the difference is exaggerated because in the first picture he didn't have a pump going.
it dont matter, when he was skinnier day 1. he would've only looked sweatier, that's all
Can’t make what isn’t there appear. If you were attentive to detail you could tell without having to have a clear example.
@@cheesyflyhigh8294 have you ever been to a gym? Pump literally means your muscles are bigger, 'pumped'.
pump gives a pop it doesnt give you muscles lmao
@@katicat7580 i mean with the right lighting (always having a harsh light above the dude) and pump you can look at least twice as big. Im not saying he didnt improve, it just wasnt as crazy as people think. He did a good job with nutrition though, that made the biggest difference
From the thumbnail it looks like he got blacker from training
I got an add before the vid, and it was «creed2». And that movie is starring michael B. Jordan.
@Dylan Forbes i swear on my life
And stood under perfect light after pumping your muscles post workout.
Any chance you can post the meal prep list you had for 30 days please?
That would be gold. Would love to know what the diet looked like as that's what really helps the fat loss.
Same
@@anthonyt425 I would like to know the workout routine...
I remember Michael b Jordan saying that he used to eat grilled chicken, broccoli, and brown rice 6 days a week and cheat on the last day
@@bigmacncheez1775 I know you're not a nutritionist but would baked chicken be a good alternative for grilled chicken?
That gym is so dope!
When his starting physique is better than you've ever had in your life 😢
More power to you Chris, because I can't do it. I have no motivation at all to do any work. You look great.
3:57 Very sneaky Taco Bell/Door Dash advertisement. I see you, Buzzfeed
yup his income certainly changed after buying meat every day for 30 days.............
Sanket Chavan Chicken is super cheap
@@Spaceman2484 Depends where.
He probably got a different more expensive kind too since his diet demanded it
@@DanielGreen0 depends on who buys it. As a college student, it is expensive!
Just buy juice it’s cheaper
I wish i had a personal coach and be able to go to a gym
This was recommended for me so often, watched it and now I now why. Love it!
