The muscle growth can be supplemental with BCAAs before/after workouts and if they’re getting good sleep at night (muscle growth and recovery is enhanced when in a deep state of sleep)

What you have to consider whilst yes, these guys have made a pretty good transformation in 60 days is muscle memory. These guys had a background in sports when younger so will have helped play a role in gaining muscle. Remember. Everyone is Unique. You may not get as good or you may get better results. Just work hard and keep consistent
Endless Vortex body fat percentage is often miscalculated the key is to stay consistent with your method of calculating so you can see real results. I would agree and say that the black guy looks to be around 10% body fat at the end and the other dude seems to be at 20%
10:20 lawl, if that is 15% bodyfat I must be ready to go on stage with 5% or something. Its great he lost 25 pounds or so but obviously he is still around 25-30% bodyfat.
You dont know what bf percentages look like. 25-30 is obese, you would have the body of a lunchlady. Body fat gets harder to lose as you lose more of it, and the difference in appearance between 25-20 would not look as much as the difference between 20-15
No reason to buy the book, eat high protien, mix in vegetables, keep the carbs on the low side. Count your calories to find how much maintains your weight and wither eat less to lose weight or more than to gain weight and muscle. Make sure you get most of those calories from healthy sources. Start with a good beginner bodybuilding routine and cardio, your good to go.
Its really not hard to get in shape and stay in shape. The biggest dilemma most people face is committing to going to the gym and sticking to the diet. You wont commit to the gym without seeing results and you wont see results without making smart dietary decisions.

I stayed at 158 from July to the beginning of October. We are now at the end of October, and I am now 166 after starting my bulk at the beginning of October. I gained 7 lb in 3 weeks. Sorry, don't want to sound too salesy or pitchy, but I'm starting my RUclips channel and I will be providing a whole lot of game and tips on these various problems. A lifetime of habits to change, and diabetes is going to take a while to fix. And he doesn't gain back nearly as much each time. He is actually following a fairly normal pattern. Most inactive people find it very difficult to start working out, (both because it is difficult, and because they feel embarrassed), but every time you start again, it gets easier to keep it up. That’s true if you’re skinny, but neither of these guys were skinny enough to where that would be the case. They both had enough muscle to where, although it would not be impressive, they would’ve been diced af.
Agreed. As long as the measurement error is consistent though it doesn't really matter much to track progress.
Not necessarily, they dexascanned Macgregor and he's 7%, everyone has different fat distribution.
Zach literally has me more inspired to pump up than any other fitness journey, I love you Zach ❤️ you’re amazing, you’re the best
Has anyone else noticed that for lots of these “transformation” videos the person in the thumbnail usually looks the same and the lighting is different. I think this is a prime example of this. The photos were probably taken in the same day.
The guys looks different in this one though
@@hiddenlife4906 Fucking exactly , you dont know how much lightning and shadows matter when taking a pic
8:14 is that Michelle? 😂
it is omg 😂😂crying
Yes - she has done a vid with this guy too.
I love how they censored her face 😂
Yes it is and if u can see good u see she sticks her tongue
I'm really glad we got to see subsequent weeks in Zach's continuation of his fitness journey :)
still seeing so much improvement
these videos are inspiring man :)
10:37 the moment you know you've been watching an Ad for for the last 10 minutes...
Please fix your body fat measuring machine, there is no way those values are correct..
The only thing that measures body fat well is a dexa scan but even that has some gray areas
Calipers are also good, but only if you know how to use them. When all the tests are done properly they are all within ~3% if I remember correctly. They are probably at 14% and 25%.
A Scanner is too expensive
Zach has a lot of loose skin that these things cant measure...
Body Fat should be measured by your eyes everything else is just too expensive or not accurate enough
Well yes the way you look is more important than numbers but we all know guys in the gum that say they are 8% percent and we all know this is bs, bring me your dexa result and I will belive you haha
@@alexbecar7064 I just didnt wanted to give the fault to the trainer
He obviously has no way of telling the real bodyfat
(Yeah I am pretty sure he made the numbers nicer because he wanted to make them happy ☺)
Watching Zach’s transformation(s) in these videos is giving me life!! Sooo inspirational. Dude you’re so close to the ab, Steve I know you can get him there!
6.9 and 12 pounds of muscle in 2 months? Impossible unless he used steroids or has the best of the best elite genes in the world.
It’s possible, it just sucks and isn’t really healthy. Most of the people who do this constantly eat the same stuff throughout the week with no breaks or cheats in between. It’s mentally draining. The muscle growth can be supplemental with BCAAs before/after workouts and if they’re getting good sleep at night (muscle growth and recovery is enhanced when in a deep state of sleep)
"It's not exactly abs, but look... WE GOT A DENT IN HERE!"
Probably not the compliment he was looking for lol
The personal trainer is incredible. Absolutely amazing.
LOL MICHELLE GETTING BLURRED OUT IN THE BACK AT 8:14 LMFAOOO
Amanda Lynn i was looking through the comments just to see if anybody else saw it hahaha
Amanda Lynn lmaooo
That Bench Press and Up right row form are a One Way Ticket to Snap City...
not with such light weight
@@dn3772 Yes but if they progress with that form...
truu but lets be real the people on this channel aren't gonna get to heavy weight lol. i mean the most athletic of them is a short skinny guy who hasnt worked out since college
The end of the video looks like the begining😂😂😂
What you have to consider whilst yes, these guys have made a pretty good transformation in 60 days is muscle memory. These guys had a background in sports when younger so will have helped play a role in gaining muscle. Remember. Everyone is Unique. You may not get as good or you may get better results. Just work hard and keep consistent
I love to these type of training videos
12 bottles is like asking for a beer belly
Getting your dream body is a lifestyle, it is a result of changing they way you live.
lmao he is not 15% and the other guy is no where near 7% what bs is this
philmagroin56ish I said the exact same thing if he was 7% he would be absolutely shredded he’s more like 15% after the fact
Endless Vortex ok lmao you guys are the experts
Don't have to be an expert to know
Yup
Endless Vortex body fat percentage is often miscalculated the key is to stay consistent with your method of calculating so you can see real results. I would agree and say that the black guy looks to be around 10% body fat at the end and the other dude seems to be at 20%
10:20 lawl, if that is 15% bodyfat I must be ready to go on stage with 5% or something.
Its great he lost 25 pounds or so but obviously he is still around 25-30% bodyfat.
I have posted my natural transformation video. I would appreciate your comments. Hope you like it. Thank you in advance!
You dont know what bf percentages look like. 25-30 is obese, you would have the body of a lunchlady. Body fat gets harder to lose as you lose more of it, and the difference in appearance between 25-20 would not look as much as the difference between 20-15
This guy has so much body positivity towards himself I love it
6:33 "not even recognizes you"😂😂 dude, he is just a little bit bigger he's not Schwarzenegger now
Wish they showed more of the diet they were during
just eat protein carbs and fat 🤷♂️🤷♂️
No reason to buy the book, eat high protien, mix in vegetables, keep the carbs on the low side. Count your calories to find how much maintains your weight and wither eat less to lose weight or more than to gain weight and muscle. Make sure you get most of those calories from healthy sources. Start with a good beginner bodybuilding routine and cardio, your good to go.
0:54 bruh who needs a six pack when you got a 8 inch pack
Running for an hour?
I couldn't run for 5 minutes yesterday
More like a light jog for an hour
You can switch between jogging and walking until you build your resistance.
An hr isn't good for beginners. Try 3 10 mins walks a day. They say this is much more effective
@@youraverageguy2495 lmao I can't even do that lol more like a walk from my bedroom to the kitchen
Get on that C25K
*this is america*
I couldnt believe that i was so high
*DAMN I WAS GONNA SAY THAT*
My favourite Buzzfeed video. I wish I could have a personal trainer as good as that.
Its really not hard to get in shape and stay in shape. The biggest dilemma most people face is committing to going to the gym and sticking to the diet. You wont commit to the gym without seeing results and you wont see results without making smart dietary decisions.
Lol the body fat percentages at the end were so much less than they really were
Good to see all the personal trainers here giving their feedback
3:45 Keeps your muscles from breaking down... 1. No it doesn't 2. That's how you build muscle, you want your muscle to tear and break down... You sure this guy's a trainer?
You don't want your muscle to break down. Why would you want your muscle to break down? 🤦🏽♂️
@@royalfreshness5204 tf? The way muscles increase in size is by being torn by the resistance you add to them. Once they've been torn, they will rebuild themselves, but stronger and larger.
@@cmonbruh6769 Yeah keyword TORN. NOT broken down. If you're muscles are breaking down that means they're being METABOLIZED AKA lost
+1 to 'is this guy a trainer?' one of the opening scenes he had someone doing smith machine upright rows lmao
@@fluffynuts3 My thoughts exactly.
My ideal beach body will be the one I bury in the sand when I'm there.
Be careful, don't get hookworms
Love buzzfeed making these kind of videos
I wish this dude would train me for 2 months.🙏
Train your self
I love these people because most of these videos say getting abs in 3 minutes and their lying but these guys don’t lie so thank u for the amazing content
If you think getting abs takes only a few minutes you don't deserve abs
I just love how Steve is trying so hard not to touch them
I have a six pack.... of soda
"i dont use protein shakes" then recommends amino acids?
LMAO IKR
Bcaas are different than protein shake
Dan T The reason he commented that is because that’s in protein shakes
@@panej21 sir. do you know what proteins are made of.
@@SilverLeguar yes. If you go to a supplement shop, they sell protein and bcaas. They are different supplements. Protein shakes are generally filled with carbohydrates, etc. They are different
The point of whey protein is it
10:35 Steve just had to plug in his book lmao
5:00, To my Athlean X fans, I am very disappointed seeing that as well.
Zion Wilkinson why?
@@jackbrown4867 Look up Athlean X upright row
What exercises did they do for chest, abs, shoulders, and back?
Just came here to say on the thumbnail both bodies literally look the same, found that hilarious 😂
This video is just a long commercial to buy the dude's book.
The body fat percentages are both lies. After pictures taken in different lighting.
You can fool many people, but you're not gonna fool all of them
The weight loss game and weight gain game can be frustrating, trust me I know. I went from 231 this February, down to 158 (73 LBS lost in 5 months)in July. I stayed at 158 from July to the beginning of October. We are now at the end of October, and I am now 166 after starting my bulk at the beginning of October. I gained 7 lb in 3 weeks. We have to stay consistent with our training and methods. I know both sides of the fence, how to cut down, and now how to bulk up. Sorry, don't want to sound too salesy or pitchy, but I'm starting my RUclips channel and I will be providing a whole lot of game and tips on these various problems. I just want to help others get over the barrier that I was trying to get over for the longest.
12.75 pounds of muscle in 60 days? That’s impossible
maybe for you. i lost 20 pounds in 2 months, its possible.
@@ketomine. loosing weight/fat and gaining muscle is not the same, muscle building takes far longer
@@theofedele3471when you start out at a high body fat percentage it’s easier to build muscle from that’s the skinner guy I can see taking a longer time but if you start out bigger like that it’s easier to turn fat into muscle
i love how i’m eating Doritos while watching this
The amazing thing about this video is how much Tristan’s hair changed
Okay so is Zach going to be in every single one of these? He just gains back everything he lost in the last video and then loses it again.
And it is my impression that he is both more active and healthy diet in general than he used to (also between the videos).
At least he's doing something sheesh
Well the trainer did say he had a lot of muscle but he just needs to be more toned so obviously the videos have helped
