  • So you’ve had a transformative experience …What now?
The path to wholeness is a continuous and lifelong one. While a deep healing experience can jumpstart the process, it is equally important that you are equipped with the tools and knowledge to take that experience and apply its lessons to your life.
At Soltara Healing Center (www.soltara.co), we hold a high standard for every aspect of the healing process. Our Integration Program focuses on providing high-quality aftercare following transformative and potentially life-changing experiences. We design all of our programs with this in mind, and are privileged to work with highly qualified professionals to lead the way in integration services. A retreat with us doesn’t end when you head back home - we are committed to ensuring every guest has the support, knowledge, tools, and community to move from a transformed self to a transformed life.
With this in mind, we sat down with Dr. Cavnar, a member of our expert integration support team, to provide an overview of the integration process.

THANK YOU!! You helped heal a part of me that needed consolidation. A women I thought was close to me said I'm participating in a cult when I told her my experience. That hurt me. I am beyond glad you covered and said that in this video.

🦋I have experienced ayahuasca and her spirit does stay within you, she is like an amazing grandmother who gives you guidance from many perspectives and opens many doors so you have more of inner understanding. She is indeed a sacred plant.
I do think this integration is part of the healing process. It is not until being home that so many unanswered questions which may not be able to be answered fully in words. But to be able to share a deep healing and for someone to understand where it comes from without judgments is so important and so very much needed. All centres should have this to complete the whole process and be able to close that part of the healing.
It is beautiful and it doesn’t always end after leaving the retreat, it’s a bit like a healing wound that needs a little bit of tender love and care and this to acts like a medicine balm 🌱🌿

Thank you, this was super helpful...I myself have been guilty of shaming myself for this experience, even though it opened up so many doors for me spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. It's so helpful to hear from a trained psychologist that it isn't a new age cult thing, because there are so many negative reviews online from people who haven't integrated it well. I agree that it is a very unique journey for all, and appreciate your suggestions and help. I have been able to get support from helplines, therapists, and community members, but yes it is quite challenging integrating in this society!

Considering how sketchy therapists are, I would much rather trust my experience to a shaman who has specific training for dealing with people under the influence of mother Aya. Therapist could literally do anything they wanted to fuck with you while you are partaking.
