Perhaps the most useful insight-guide to the Before-During-After process of an Ayahuasca-soultrip I've seen on the Internet.

Christina, Thank you making these videos. One year after taking part in four ceremonies in Peru, I can clearly feel that the energy of Ayahuasca is still present in my mind and body. When I asked one of the Shaman how long Ayahuasca would be with me-my assumption was that it might be a few weeks-she said that it would be with me for the rest of my life. So far, it looks like she is correct

David Beglar I just had a ceremony and it was surreal. She spoke and spoke. All these words coming through my mouth that weren't mine and I couldn't think up. They were just coming out. She told me very clearly "I am with you forever" - those words kept coming out of my mouth. The following day in ceremony she said "i am always with you" - and then "I am always" - as in I've been with you for a long time - way before I arrived physically. I feel assured now that she will always be with me. There are things that happen. Memories I have. If the ceremony of moments in the ceremony. And things that happened in the ceremony- like this involuntary movement of my mouth as though it were quite literally a snakes mouth - responds like knee jerk. So there you go. Beyond a shadow of a doubt I'm convinced mama Aya is with us for the rest of our lives. This is really powerful. I acknowledge her now when I say thank you x

How did your first journey with Mama Ayahuasca go? I am getting ready for my first experience this weekend and I am very excited. I never thought I would be doing this but the spirit of Mama Ayahuasca was calling me and the opportunity came up and I felt it was in the divine plan. I’m very excited but a bit nervous more excited tho.

    Hi Christina
There was a light reflection that was shining right over your 3rd eye area during the video. It was one of those beautiful little signs from the universe; like saying, "look! right here, this is the answer to everything. Surrender and you will see what you need to see." 🦋🙏🏻🦉
Thank you so so much for taking the time to do this 3 part video series.
Sharing this very important information on the Ayahuasca experience did provide me with more of a sense of calmness and understanding about it.
I've been feeling a calling for the last couple of years now to go through this plant ceremony to help give my ascension process a little kick, assisting my awakening process out of a sort of lull. Do you know what I mean?
A very sudden spiritual awakening hit me in 2016 and although at times it's been extremely difficult, I find myself craving wisdom like water! Like, this unbelievable need, desire to explore every bit of who I really am especially my shadow side and how that effects not only the relationship with my higher self but my connections with others.
My family of origin began discarding me before I even realized what was about to happen to me. It's as if I was perhaps giving off certain energy surges that made them extremely uncomfortable. I could feel them pulling away from me and I didn't know why. They became hostile, even contemptuous towards me. 😔
I realize now that my vibration had begun to rise before I became aware of it and they were unable to meet me at that frequency...I believe it caused them to begin seeing things within their own selves that they cannot face yet. And that's okay. I love them.
My family is very under the veil and I've always been their little "oddball" lol.
I find it unfortunate that the fallout from being Awake often means losing those who used to be close to us.
But I wouldn't change this gift that's been given to me ever, not even to go back to that space in time where I was part of my earthly family. I accept the fact that it has served it's purpose, was a great lesson but also an illusion.
Wow, I hadn't planned to pen a novel lol!
    Thanks again Christina
    Namaste ✌🏼🙏🏻🥀🦋

But in all that I find so much peace. Mother Aya hasn't left me and her presence can be felt. I'm trying to put all those emotions together and make sense of what's happened only a few days ago. Thank you Christina for you very vibrant, energetic videos... much enjoyed them but more importantly, how much I related to them. I went to my first Ayahuasca ceremony this past January and yes, the real work is post-Ayahuasca - if one pays attention and takes seriously the healing that will still occur. I am going for a second ceremony the first week this coming April because the work is real and tho' perhaps difficult at times but it is worth it.
For anyone interested, I highly recommend Soul Quest Ayahuasca Church of Mother Earth in Orlando, Fl. It is legal and they are so good at all they do for one to feel positive about the setting - which is half the equation.

My question after hearing you is, how long are we supposed to wait in between ceremonies to allow integration? If you would consider going to Peru, I can highly recommend Maestra Manuela Mahua, She doesnt do any 'smoke and mirror BS', just plain deep work in conjunction with a strict dieta to ensure the full effect of the plant medicine , some 'food & substances' prevents the DMT to be absorbed by your body, which is required to make your body think its dying and in that process it allows your consciousness to leave the body , which goes to other dimensions where Aya can release you from your traumas. She told us (via a translator) as the ceremony started "Nothing can happen in here that is not don in Love" She is a 70-odd year old , great grandmother and have been working with the plant since her teens, so she is a real Powerhouse and sang Ikaros for min 6 hours , some nights up to 9 hours non stop! I am forever in her debt for playing a huge part in my personal healing. Here is a link : noyanete.com/ May you allow the Universe to guide you and your journey be as blessed as mine was.

Yeah. What about the spouse that doesn't know their partner is coming home basically battling acute paychosis? And had no idea that this was going to last for weeks. Funny. No videos out there to help the people who didn't go drink the "medicine". Only videos out there are about people's success stories. I guess the horror stories do get clicks. Nobody wants to hear the other side of the story. The depression to others who welcome home the altered ego. You almost said it in this video. Avoid your friends. But how about avoid your friends and family for two weeks bc they didn't realize that they were part of the "experience!"

She suffered (in my medical opinion) severe psychosis for several days and I was very concerned. I suppose that there are others that don't know what to expect when people come back. I also realize that everyone is different. But if I would have known what I know now, I would have had a better idea on how to react. 99.9% of these aya videos are how they fix everything, etc. no one really talking about the bad trips. I'm a doctor, and I'm ok with people doing what they want to themselves. Just wish their were some videos or info from people who actually didn't get want they wanted.

@@elenaa5933 she is. Back to baseline. But the two weeks were brutal. She only remembers what she remembers. Sort of like my patients that get IV sedation. They sleep through most of the surgery; but tell me they remember everything. Sort of the same thing with wife in this situation. I think a video from someone like you, explaining what "re-entry" is or can be like for person and/or partner would be beneficial for some people. The some people that didn't go in the trip (literally and metaphorically). And yes. There are some videos that talk about the bad experiences. But they are hard to find. Maybe it's because 99% of the people have a miracle revelations and change their lives for the better!? I hope that's the case. 😀
