Great and practical advice. I have only the highest respect and gratitude for this Divine energy of Unconditional Love and the healing It gifted me. I attended a retreat 5 months ago for 11 days and 5 ceremonies with a wonderful Shaman from Peru. Ceremony 1; She gently introduced 'Herself', C2; she decided to do deep and a lot of serious work on me, which involved many dimensions. C3; I learned how to not let the energy control me completely, C4; I met Her in full, while she was healing my body and adjusting its DNA, C5 has not been revealed to my mind or awareness yet :-). In our ceremony the Shaman sang non stop and when things got confusing, one tip was to listen to her Ikaros, which might be the best grounding tip - apart from my purge bucket, which became the single most important real thing untouched by all the shifts in all the realities I experienced during all the ceremonies :-) Namaste, Keith
Great advice in this video. I arrived at almost the same ideas when I drank Ayahuasca, as the mantra I came to use was “Relax, Breathe, and Surrender.” I came to value my difficult experiences with Ayahuasca greatly because that is where the most healing seemed to take place. Ayahuasca’s ability to facilitate deep emotional healing is truly amazing. I’m looking forward to listening to Part 3.
One of the best summaries I’ve seen. I would also add that when one feels “lost”, it might also be helpful to “go to the music” - focus on the music ( - Ikaros or other the music being played if any). As music can lead you “home”. But as said, shamans or their healer-helpers are there to help if necessary. Often like amazing angels. Beautiful video.
I’m will be joining my 1st ayahuasca retreat in few more days , your before ,during and after ayahuasca tips give me idea of what I need to know more in depth .Thank you for sharing it with us 🙏
Great explanation! I have been through 4 ceremonies and your explanations on the experience and how to approach the ceremony is very accurate. I can't wait when I can come join you in a ceremony. Hopefully sooner than later!!
I would also recommend to sit up as long as possible. It helps with oxygen flow and meditation. This is not the time for sleep, stay present and trust the medicine.
Brilliant advises thank you 🙏🏻 so much God bless , my intention is to realize myself I am in the quest I do meditate daily twice for 2 hours almost . And into yoga since many years now . I v been hearing call of a mother Ayahuasca since 4 years , yet I know I wasn’t ready mentally since then time has passed and I cleanse more and right now I am hearing so strongly I m gonna do it this year . Your worlds resonated so much with what I already decided for myself Surrender and allow it . Your advises are so handy and hearing from someone like you with absolutely beautiful energy and heart ❤️ thank you for your time and work much love 💕 🙏🏻🦄
Stay away from Vice. All media outlets are controlled by talmudists who worship lucifer. You're allowing their energy to bind itself within your very DNA.
Nice video Christina. You touched upon many important and relevant topics. I like the term "panoramic life review" that ayahuasca always shows me. You get to relive your childhood again and again - those memories come flooding back. Ayahuasca seems to always gently land you even if you have had a tough time initially.
Thank you Christina Lopes for your honest video. I am looking into this form of healing, since I always had a relationship with nature. So many places offer this medicine, it's a chalenge to find the right one for my process. Miigwetch! Thank you in Algonquin.
My god how much I want to do Ayahuaska! I hope one day I will find a good place where to do it. Been wanting it for soso long. The first time I heard the word from someone’s conversation I didn’t know what that was but something made run up to them to ask what it is. I automatically knew it’s something I needed to know about 🙌🏽🙏🏼🥰
@@elenaa5933 hey! No I didn’t do it yet but I literally think about it everyday 😅 definitely will one day just want to mentally prepare myself by doing therapy and getting a bit more stable in life. ❤️

Digging your pragmatic information for those of us whom seek universal truth & healing at the personal level via The Mother Plant....haven't had my first Aya test yet. but have had enough life experiences which have led me to her, so I know it's the correct path. else, wouldn't have sought out vids such as this. I envy my brothers and sisters whom have had positive experience with The Mother. May the World be healed, one Soul at a time. Much Luvz. J_
No matter how many videos you watch or how much you think you know , you could watch another thousand videos but you will never be prepared for what actually happens, so prepare as much as you can then hold on to your hat, it’s never going to be what you expect or don’t expect.
Thanks for this video Christina. I must say during a very challenging ceremony the position of "witness" or allowing oneself to "surrender" can feel utterly impossible and totally beyond grasp- particularly because of aya's unique tendency to hijack and completely dominate your thought process. I'd compare it to forcing someone who's never flown in their life onto a tiny airplane, tying them down to a chair while climbing to 10,000 ft, then being told the floor beneath you and chair will slip away at any moment- but you must keep anxious thoughts at bay, observe whats happening, and "surrender" completely. A delicious theoretical impossibility at best! I would tell anyone trying aya for 1st time among other things- PLS be safe, do your homework and if you go through with it expect your worst fears to come to life in a hyper-reality that exaggerates those fears in ways you can't comprehend while it chews away at all the strengths you thought you had. Clearly this doesn't happen to everyone yet others would tell you it can be much worst than what I describe above. So many factors come into play, the shaman, the retreat, the brew itself, medical staff if any, your medical history, mental state, etc etc ....if you do it do it right folks.
Deep Diver hey deep river, I guess that makes me Pembroke then. I can’t afford to go to Peru. Ive always felt a calling for something more. So. Perhaps you can answer some questions of mine.
lancer smitty - Hey there Lancer, I have only completed 2 ceremonies in Peru so Im certainly not your best source. At the same time im compelled to tell the world this can turn into the most difficult battle of your life. Im no stranger to psychedelics yet for me something about the 2nd ceremony was much more 'disturbing' with aya at the soul level. It shook me to the core like nothing else has ever done. I decided this is nothing i would ever dabble in again. There are other ways to show a child not to grab from the cookie jar besides hands flat on a burning stove. I must say i did learn my lesson yet it took months for me to voluntarily revisit that night in memory and sometimes i feel like i gained more bagage than i lost. Please share your questions, id be happy to try answering them.
Hi Christina I watched your first video in preparation thank you. Just about to watch 2nd video and during intro it shows the 1st videos heading... a little editing error unsure you are aware of. 💜
Hi Christina - I hope all is well. :) These videos of you sharing your experience with suing Ayahuasca and attending the ceremonies was extremely enlightening for my husband and i. We along with some very close friends want to take part in the plant ceremony and was wondering if you'd be wiling to share who the Shaman was you worked with and/or the retreat you visited for the ceremony. You said "word of mouth" is best and I've watched about 30 of your videos and trust your judgment. Can you please share? Thanks so much! Stay safe & healthy... :)
When the purge came, it was magnificent. Nothing like the brutal things that alcohol (for example) does to you. There were little purges, that were just - like a baby burping. But the big purge was cosmic, amazing, healing, magnificent. So no need to fight this!
TO extent u are comfortable, could you talk more about how you integrated your repressed memory or if you've done any research on this and aya? I went through this and would love to hear others who have experienced same. THANKS Liz, DPT
Hi Christina! Did you do Ayahuasca ceremony after you went through Kundalini spiritual process? In my case I had Ayahuasca ceremonies before i had Kundalini awakening. Going through Kundalini awakening, i feel like i don’t need Ayahuasca anymore... Although when i had Ayahuasca, it cleaned my soul very deeply and profoundly.

And there is one kind of drugs I ve never liked to take, tried a couple of times when I was joung and never again.. and those are the ones that take me out of body, that make me feel and see things that are not real.. Like lsd and magic mushrooms.. I m totally ignorant about ayahuasca but I won't try that one.. Most of my friends keeps telling me to give it a go.. But no thanks.. I m a very addictive personality, if for chance I d like it that would mean game over for me..too scared to do it.. Or may be I m not ready yet?
When taking Aya, how do you know that the "repressed memory" you see is really a memory and not just a dream? A dream can have memory elements, but it can also have lots of other visuals. How do you know the difference?
Hi! Nutmah first off all that's reality! its like going thru de Universe on a voyage and land on whatever you need to know (that's how I describe it!) You can see what's illusion(reality) and whats the spiritual world on the day of the ceremony {because I saw both sides like a door going thru to a different space} I recommend to write down, because usually you will have the time to write down , it takes a whole night and insomnia in my case after the experience. You will be able to record what was the message of Aya and later, be open and understand !!Only passing to that experience you understand ! it doesn't give you what you want but what you need to know ,like Christina ill say prepare diet one week before and be even more restrict on the same day. Love :)
I love your videos but there were a couple of challenges in your message (1) people are spiritually vulnerable watching your video. I do not agree with “vine of death”. Maybe we should think of it as experiencing the darkest part of our being in order to find our light. (2) Your emphasis on video 1 regarding finding the right Shaman may make some feel fearful even during their journey. Maybe instead we should do our research or get recommendations for a shaman so that we can have the best experience.
