Plants, especially trees, ARE healers. During all of my bouts of super dark depression, crippling sadness, suicidal fantasies I ran to the forest and sat by water. Mother Nature hushed for me and would give me her reminders- dragonflies fluttering by, a comforting breeze, stuff like that. She truly nurtures me. She loves me unconditionally. I love her. It's humbling to be so broken yet so loved, so understood ❤
