Kai I follow you for 10 years now. I remember your documentary where you were in a red hoodie going to the gym, showing food preparation, shopping food and practicing posing. I dont remember the name... but I remember I loved it bc we were so close to you. In these videos it seems like you show a persona that is positive and entertains but I would love to watch some videos where you are just you and talk about things you would never say and talk about. Like drugs, politics, things that bother you in life or sport or hey maybe athletes that annoy you, things you don't like about the media or what your mentality is in life and what matters to you. I'm sure that would get a lot of attention too. Or hey maybe I'm totally wrong. Or you dont read this at all. Anyway glad to see u active on YT
So are you saying that he can’t do full range of motion?I work out with a guy who does half rep,strong as f#$k,but will bet you &500 that he can do more weight and reps full range of motion if you say anything about it 🤔 just saying.
@secrated,I’m not trying to be difficult but you wrote Calisthenics:ZEEEERROOOOO,and if you google the question do you need to have FULL RANGE OF MOTION TO DO CALISTHENICS properly the answer is no,depending on the exercises it is better to keep tension on the muscle,plus and most importantly he was warming up, the word calisthenics came from you .

Medium to heavy is the best weight range to lift between 8 and 15 for muscle gain. If I was lifting these baby weights I'd easily being doing over 150 reps. I think they are using such light weights to make it look like anyone Joe on the street suck as urself can get results. But guess what u wont ever get results because u are obvious a lazy piece of sht that cant pick up more than a 10 pound dumbbell.

Light weight = good stretch and contraction always been a fan of this training style gradually got stronger over time so now my light is someone else's heavy. Patience is key

Guillotine press isn’t normal flat bench fam. It uses more upper chest so you wouldn’t be able to go as heavy as a normal flat bench
