That is exactly what I would do. But being with Dorian I would make damn sure I took that 130 and kept going with it until my hands bled. That is just how I feel and the opportunity to have Dorian as a coach would be a huge hit in this old 52 years olds bucket list. I cant even imagine trading in shitty form in front of the Doz, thats just disgraceful and disrespectful to the champ. This is just how I feel deep down inside. I have a similar build as Dorians and have always modeled myself after him and NO trolls I am not in love with him.

I just did this workout yesterday, still getting used to the style, but Im really trying to focus on the mind-muscle connection and keep the form perfect or lower the weight. My feeling was, The first half really is just the warm-up, the deadlift, T bar rows, bent over one arm rows and cable rows are the working sets that I locked into high gear at that point and pushed my limits. I'm not into bodybuilding to impress anyone, but I'm in it so when I'm an old man, I am going to be strong and able, no senior homes for me having them to wipe my ass for me!
I've never seen exercises like Jefferson Squats or "Haney's" as Kai called them until he showed it in these videos...feel like I learn something new everytime
kai is the real meaning of mind &muscle connection - I never see a bodybuilder more fouces than him - he is truly a force to be recognize and I cant wait fir the next mr o and seeing him compete hopefully

Ive actually done that type of shrugs many times and it was exactly because of Lee Haney. I found a workout years ago of his shoulder workout and it had those in it.
