    Dagdag kaalaman: Another disease very common here in the Philippines that can cause unexplained weight loss or poor weight gain is Tuberculosis.
    So if you're having chronic cough (>2weeks) tapos may weight loss, unexplained fever at pamamawis sa gabi, consult your doctor na po =)

    My BMI has always been "undernourished". Yes, never pa naging normal. Finally found a nutritionist here on yt! Here's to a weight gain this 2022 🎉

    sobrang bilis makapagpa baba ng weight kapag stress, 3x a day naman ako kumakain pero nung na stress ako parang 1 month lang ang laki ng nabawas sa timbang ko, from 52 naging 45..

    So happy to found your vid!! I've been struggling to gain weight as I grow older. Nunv bata ako mataba naman ako but ngayon kahit kain ko hindi na ko tumaba. Kakairita na minsan marinig comment ng tao na ang payat ko kahit di ko naman sinadya or ginusto.

    Hello doc, thank you for the informative video nyo po. It was my 2nd time to watch 😊 Kahit alam kong underweight ako, kincompute ko pa rin haha! 😅😂 not sure pero po dahil na rin po siguro sa emotional stress, poor diet or wala sa tamang oras na pagkaen and di name-maintain na exercise kase po around June July nung consistent po ako sa pag e-exercise, nadagdagan timbang ko from 39 or 40 to 46 kg., ngayon 42 na lang 😌

      Please do not take any supplements. One time nag take ako ng memory plus gold. Okay naman na sya noong tine-take ko pero noong nag-stop akong mag-take, mas lalong lumala yung pagiging makakalimutin ko.

      Sinubukan ko mga bmi calculation thru google pero magkakaiba sinasabi, may overweight, may normal weight. Haha

    Great video napaka generalized although of course if u wanna gain more weight and normal BMI ka and skinny the 1-2lbs weight gain would be water and fat lalo na if walang gym training (muscle stimulus)

    Gusto ko rin mag gain ng weight to reach yung ideal BMI ko. Well, 2kls to go. I am into high fiber, saktong carbs lng at into protein. 😊 And daily excersise. More on fish and veggies and fruits.

    Thanks, doc! My case is that it is hard for me to gain weight but I lose weight really fast. It seems that I can lose weight around 1lb overnight. So, it is very difficult for me to reach 50 kg and my height is 5'5, my age is 30 yo. If only I could achieve 50 kg and consistent, I would be very happy and will gain my confidence.

    Magka height pala tayo sir. Nasanay na ko na overnourished ang weight ko pero ngayon 64-65kg na lagi ang timbang ko. Nahihirapan na ko magdagdag ng timbang at hndi na ko lumalagpas sa 65kg kahit na 2k calories ako daily..

    25 years old na po ako and nasa 4'11 lang po ang height ko timbang ko naman po ay 41kg. Dating 45 mula nung manganak ako unti unti nang bumababa ang timbang ko. Hindi naman po ako breastfeeding is it safe po ba kung mag tatry po ako ng mosegor capsule? Salamat Doc.

    Un din po lagi ko problema puro weight loss naghahanap po ako magandang medicine para tumaba sobrang naaapektuhan napo kasi ung mental health ko sobrang naistress napo ako sa mga judgements ng mga tao 😭😞 im 24 yrs old pero 37kls ,5’2 lngako never po nag gain yan po ang weight ko since highschool sobra napo ako nasstress 😞
