Hello Dr.Gary ,ang ganda po ng topic mo ngayon, 80 years old na po ako, pag gising ko sa umaga ay nag iisip ako ng gagawin ko sa araw na iyon, nag lalaba ako ng sarili kong damit, namamalengke at nag luluto..at minsan ay nag tratravel pa ako alone..less sweet food, mostly fish and vegeutable in my diet less meat , so what you disccus today . 12-28-2021 is very helpful to me.You are great for us,keep up the good work....I do lead a simple life and my faith is also a factor for being healthy.Thank you !!!

Una paginom ng gatas at pag kumain ako ng kakanin( masarap kasi) ay nagigingsluggish ako dahil sa panghihina. I’m probably lactose intolerant , at too much sugar is also not good. Iba kasi pag Doctor ang nagsasabi, dahil kung member ng family, o kaya kaibigan ang magsabi, mahirap paniwalaan. So I’m grateful sa inyo. Thank you so much, God bless!
Yes doc ang daily routine ko sa pg tulog 10:30 pm ay talagang nagigising ako ng 6 or 7 am, kahit weekend po talagang nagigising pa din ng maaga. Kahit minsan medyo late na matulog ganoon parin ang gising ko. Keep safe po!! 🙏👍

Ngayon na pandemic tayo parang nagiging madalas ko nararamdaman ang sakit ng sikmura every 1 am ako nagigising dahil sa sakit kaya hangang umaga na d na ako makatulog. Salamat po.
