Kaya po maingat na ako sa pagkain ng taba ng baboy, baka o balat ng mànok at mga preservatives tulad po ng mga advices nyo. To be honest, Doc Gary paborito ko pong kainin lahat yan nong aking kabataan, Doc. ..napatawa nyo po ako ng sinabe nyo na palakpakan naman sa may mga Arthritis dyan. It's also a good help when my doctor here in England prescribed Allopurinol.🤗 In addition, l have tried to take omega- 3 supplement, it helps too. God Bless you and your family, doc Gary. Doc im 59 years old mula ng napanood ko yong vidio tungkol sa galblader stone tumino sa isip ko na mag fokus sa fish fruits at vegetable nalang kaya naman 3 months frm now ang sarap sa pakiramdam waley na si aray na dulot ng arthritis . sa umaga pagkagising babangon ka ng napaka alwan sa katawan . Subukan po nyo tayong mga oldies limitado na sa pagkain ng pasaway na unli food .si matamis maalat mataba mamantika at si karne fokus nalang po sa fish gulay at prutas promise tama si Doc . Buhay na masaya malusog makakamtan natin ❤️

❤Good morning po Dr. Lagi po two hrs. Lang tulog ko . I stop taking Green tea night time kasi Baka po yun ang dahil an, that’s why during daytime Lang po ako uminom . Salamat po sa mga tips nyo.. I have here my eldest sister Elena She is the one taking Metformin but they get mixed up. I don’t have Diabetes sister ko ang May Diabetes! Cuz she was born Feb. 15/ 1948 Wala po clear na result pa, No medication yet only “Metropolol” Ganyan po kalagayan ko Ubo since May this year! Yes clear around , May Pusa malayo ako sa kanila I am upstairs. Need to transfer in a nice Rm cuz my eldest sister Elena Dulay wants to cut off my life because of my Hika at Ubo at this age she said Funeral Insurance daw po. She is happy to collect Like her partner pass-away , she is going Holiday again this Dec, I am the one needs to go Holiday but she will ignore me.Yes that’s true so that the third party will not collect our inheritance .
