I remember watching your videos while I was waiting to take delivery. Sept 2023 will be a year for us. The acceleration NEVER gets old. The Sentry Mode feature is so sick. I've saved a ton of money by not paying for gas. Honestly the list goes on. I regret nothing 🔥
110% agree with the cheap quality. Traded my BMW 2-series for a Tesla last Summer and I swear the materials are worse than my 2015 Mazda. The only reason I chose Tesla was for the charging network. With Magic Dock slowly spreading out in North America, I might eventually trade it up to a BMW i4.

Oh man, I will never understand some of the cringy extras that people glue on on these beautiful cars. The fake wheel vents under the indicator cameras are soooo bad. The fake yoke-wheel looks terrible to me. The car is cool, sporty and beautiful. Stop adding stuff that make no sense. I’ve seen some lips and diffusers and even wings that can actually work, but very very few.
Besides that, great videos. Keep them coming. It will never be enough Tesla performance videos on youtube! :)
Hi Zoran! I absolutely agree with you on many points. Thank you for your comment and feedback! Although I feel like people should be able to customize their cars to their liking. HOWEVER, I am right there with you for the “tasteful mods” and some accessories are really just too much. I run a Tesla channel so for viewers I am constantly trying on new things on my car to review for people in hopes I can help them make decisions and for them not to waste their time and money. I agree that a lot of mods ruin the look of a otherwise beautiful and classy looking car. I think a good balance is needed ☺️. Thanks again for the comment and points, Zoran! Are you still running the stock suspension on your car? I know that in an earlier video when you just got your car that it was without the lowered suspension because Tesla deleted that option, but I’ve gotta say that your car sits real nice. My blue/white performance will arrive in 4-6 weeks time, looking forward to it!

Quite an in depth review, would agree with most points, except for the sound system though. Night and day difference going from my Tesla Model 3 into my Audi with Bang & Olufsen sound system.
Thanks for this one, David. You made me feel better about my Long Range 3 in MSM! I've had it 8 months, and am approaching 14k miles (Texas Resident). Absolutely love it. One thing about owning it where I live though: I have to answer A LOT of silly questions about it. My favorite so far: "Is it true that when you go through a rain puddle, the car shorts out?"!

Hello, I am new to your channel. I currently own a Tesla Model 3 standard range. planning to upgrade sometime in the future for the Long Ramage. I though of the Performance but I rather have a car that has a smoother ride than a rough one.

the $2,000.00 acceleration boost is just 50hp, which leaves you 100hp short and lacking over half a second 0-60 times compared to the performance model
The complaint I have is the seat because it is not the real leather seats. vegan leather - man.
Funny thing I JUST sold a old car with all leather seats and it was all cracked and worn.. I agree it’s not as “premium” as real leather, but can’t argue with how comfortable they are! 🥰 the vegan leather seats on the Tesla are smoother and softer than the old leather seats in my previous car I just sold.. but then again that car was REALLY old 🤷🏻♂️. One thing I do love is the WHITE INTERIOR! Sorry, I obsess over the white seats lol.
Currently in the market for a 2021 Model 3 Performance (13,000 miles) or a 2022 Model 3 Long Range with acceleration boost (13,000 miles) (pretty much the same price). Is there a noticeable difference in the 2021 vs 2022 Model 3? Would you go with the 2021 Performance or 2022 LR+?

@@anaccount7923 There's no place in hawaii to do this, other than the drag strip. 99,9% of all Hawaii island "Highways" are 55mph or less and one lane in each direction. With that said... it is possible and yes I've done it, late at night in the middle of nowhere at 7000 ft elevation on the only straight flat stretch of road within 300 miles. Doing 80 just isn't in the cards most of the time because the roads are having cars doing 45-55mph because that's our normal speed limits on highways. No "offramps", but plenty of school zones, crosswalks, stop lights and signs, one lane bridges, hairpin turns. Nobody travels 80mph here because they can't, and 25mph over the limit is felony in most states, including Hawaii. If they caught you here doing 80 anywhere, it is automatic impound and arrest.
@@babyUFO. Well that makes sense considering you live in Hawaii. Over here on the mainland, everyone goes at least 10-15 over on the interstates. Must be a beautiful place to live though, i’ve always wanted to go there.
