  • All you need to get the ultimate burn in this lower-body workout is a pair of dumbbells. And if you don't have that, you can still get the ultimate workout with just your bodyweight. Throw a mini band into the warmup to start this routine with a bang!

    I felt this 2 days afterwards and I could barely walk. If you do this workout make sure to take 5-10 minutes afterwards to do dynamic stretches.
