I've been working on my chest lately. After seeing this dude, I feel like I haven't been working on my chest at all.
Once your cutted you need to carb cycle and still dont get over your calories thats how you stay ripped en pumped , you dont look flat at all than , if you want that competition physique you need to cut your carbs all the way and drink a lot of water like 5L a day and everyday you drink less water at the end of the week like 0,5l most of the time you do that on leg day combined with highcarbday/ low fat day , and if you want to still look big dont overtrain like when you bulking thats how you keep your musclemass when you are ripped , no longer than 60mins cause your body doesnt have enough food sources to recover that hard from a training , goodluck 😃

@@Seattle206723 yea sure try to do pushups and a perfect died for sure u wont get nothing since when the diet is 80% diet is under the workout if u dont have a good diet u can still grow ur muscles but opposite not guess why because the workout is more important than the diet dont get me wrong u still need a good diet to build muscle but is not 80% that s dumb to think that ... and suplemets gets in the diet too because ur body gets it like food ur body wont make the difference between suplements and food ... btw my english is not that good so dont blame me .
I feel the same way, lol! I work my chest twice a week and my development is okay but my chest still lags in size and appearance.
BIG MISTAKE... training the same way as an unnatural bodybuilder is different as how the nattys should be working out. FREQUENCY is 🔑 working your chest multiple times per week and minding the volume is what works (no more than 20 sets per week). Having a CHEST DAY is a big NO

@@Justin33B The chest has three zones (upper, middle, lower) and additionally you can focus more on close and wide chest exercises. It's very helpful to be able to see how the muscles are worked during different exercises.

Completely different workout it was more intense than any other chest routine in a long time. Repeated the exercises today and my chest and shoulders are fried. The pec deck set and the chest press fried my workout. Absolutely love these exercises. I've never bust a sweat doing chest exercises. Extremely intense 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I was a gymnast from an early age so my chest developed early. It is still one of my best mucle groups but i haven´t been able to really get it to where i want it to be. I´m strong but not well defined. Will definitely try these workout tips! Thanks!

Love the emphasis on form, not overextending on range of motion, focusing on isolating and training specific muscles. Would really help with injury prevention and definition over pure size.
