@@R-BURQUENO they need a duel hose kit to work properly. They cause negative pressure in the room which causes the hot air outside to move in. With a duel hose kit, it will cool the room quickly and shut off

I have one running in our bedroom, which keeps the room REALLY cool. Then I ja e my swamp cooler. For the rest of the house which is well, ehhhhhh. All together my bill is about 175 which is high just for electric. When I turn off the portable AC it cuts that bill almost in half.
