Hopefully your kids, should you have any, won't consider you a burden when you're old as you do right now and put you in a home to be rid of you.

not to sound like a cliché but there is realy "50 shades of grey". That is grey that is warm with red in it, or a colder grey with blue etc. There is also ALOT of different types of " white". It can make ALOT of difference on the whole atmosfare of the room.

I live in Australia, my mother is English and my father is from Sicily. It’s strange because I’ve always loved the look of Swedish decor, the whiteness and minimalistic approach, but 1 thing that resonated with me in this video is you being unsure of the green plant.......I’ve been feeling the same for ages, decor has been flooded with green plants and pots everywhere here but I just cannot ever get used to them, I don’t know why🤔🤔🤔 Keep posting 😊

Oh it's so true about finding nice-looking sofa beds. I currently live in a small studio flat so I have a sofa bed to save space. I actually got it free, but it's old, beige, and doesn't match with anything. And it's so hard to find a modern yet timeless piece that suits the space but is also practical

I adore the calmness and serenity that you have created Benita. I find clutter very overwhelming and exhausting which is why your minimalist way of life appeals to me so much. I love the white and grey against the warm wood flooring. Perhaps the only thing I would change is to add some pastel colour cushions or throws - maybe pale blue or pink but still I love how resourceful you are. The sofa bed is such a great idea how it can store the bedding and pillows - I love it! Much love. 💕🌸
I used to buy the Adum rug from ikea, we have a dog and couldn’t justify a more expensive rug but Ikea discontinued it. We watch the same TV and don’t miss the streaming services. Here in the UK we have to pay a licence fee for live tv and not watching saves us money. Can’t wait to see you in your new space.

The storage area in that bed is a fantastic idea ! I'd love be a minimalist but the idea of trying to get rid of stuff is daunting. My palm was given to me for my 70th birthday so it'll stay.
The sofa bed is pretty amazing! My palm moved outside and I'm not sure I'll keep it when winter comes. Hopefully I can give it up for adoption in my building!

I got the cat bed on Ebay many years ago. It's actually by Whiskas and was a promotional item for the German market I believe. There are similar ones available these days though. Try googeling " whiskas cat bed" or "cat bed in cat head shape" and similar!
LOVE IT ALL! Can u just spray bright white paint your light covers that have yellowed? I just did that with some yellowed plastic in our travel trailer that we’re renovating.
When someone else made a similar comment I started thinking of how I could do that but for one I'm not sure about how it would stick long term to something that is touched and pressed constantly and also some switches and fixtures have more parts that insert into each other and I don't think a coat of paint will allow it. Also I don't really have a space anymore where I could go and do the actual spray painting away from Mini and Bonus (and ny neighbors). Its a smelly process.😬
