what is scary about the gargantuan leviathan its already dead i mean, the skull is kinda creepy, but its not going to suddenly come back to life and swallow you whole.
what i liked to imagine is that before the giant creater was made, this was the apex preditor of the void, a pitch black body with little light bulbs surrounding its body is like the angler fish. luring prey towards it. and seeing as how three ghost leviathans pop out when we reach the void, this means theres an abundance of adult ghost leviathans. meaning he eats like a king over there. until it probably died of old age, or ghost leviathans adapted to stay away from the white lights. and see blue lights as friends.
The length can vary for every new birth and another thing is that we cant actually tell which stage of life the big fossil was when it died. Further stages of life like the elder stage make a huge difference with this creature
I think the reason people keep saying the skeleton is from a juvenile is the PDA saying it's only a third of the full length, leading people to twist that into meaning the skeleton belonged to a not fully-grown specimen

Nope
As an american who does not understand Kilometers.
How many hotdogs long is it?
why does the garg leviathan need that many teeth that large?
The "missinformation" is stuff from return of the ancients
It 268 kilometers tall or same size as hands of heaven
Didn’t they confirm that the fossil was juvenile
That's not size 2 That's size 3 💀
Wait... we're arguing over a non-canon MOD?
yeah for some reason a lot of people on RUclips are seemingly just unaware that stuff is from a mod
buddy his not mod
you can find his skull in lost river
@@RogerStanford23the ingame vers. the vid ish showing ish indeed fwom the MOD. its calld ROTA (return of the anchiants) & wat ppl fail tu get ish tat the subn. DEVs have stated tat tey might lagit make ROTA act. cannon
@@shadowdragonx07 so annoying to read your comment, got a text impediment or something? Type normal.
a mod that had help from THE DEVELOPERS OF SUBNAUTICA at one point
In addition to it being only one third it is also a juvenile
Proof?
Thats just wrong you can acctualy find a juvenile skeleton over at the other ghost leviathan its head is still bigger than the reapers head but the big one is acctually an full adult
@happykiller139 no they specifically state that the bigger skeleton is a juvenile they don't give info on the smaller one sadly
Edit: to the people saying no the smaller one is the one the game was talking about,
They literally say the skeleton is 400+ meters long and is only 1/3 of the skeleton and Is to believe to be a juvenile,
that little skeleton isnt 400 meters total let alone 1/3 of it, it's most likely a newborn in my opinion.
use that thing in your head, I know it's called commen sense but your all proving it to be not so commen
@@MichaelDeuterwait there’s a smaller one?
@@MichaelDeuter if the bigger one is a juvenile then how big are the adults
was the Garg the biggest creature or was there bigger?
