    I enjoy the way you train..explaining as you go and it motivates me when you'll say what the exercise is doing...."You're really thinning out those quads"....I have a love/hate thing with those!...Please repost when this video is on the market. Your Mom is great but you take it to a new level and you go a bit slower..seems I get dizzy when I do your Mom's works to keep up with her changing sides....still you're a great team. She trained you well.!

    This is all new to me but I'm loving it! I can't wait for you to team up with your Mom and come out to western Canada into our "Rocky Mountains" to do a retreat. I have one of your retreats or should I say anyone of your retreats is on "MY BUCKET LIST".

    Can you please explain as to how stretching the quadratus lumborum actually helps to reduce the waist line??????
    Diet and nutrition help you to lose fat, never heard of stretching being able to do that. This is new to me. I would really like to hear your scientific explanation

      Diet and Nutrition are key for reducing the size of your waistline. But if someone has poor posture from slouching or sitting, these exercises will help to decompress the lower back by strengthening while lengthening.

      These exercises don’t only stretch the quadratus lumborum, they work the quadratus lumborum, the deep transverse abdominus muscles, and the internal obliques (as well as the rectus abdominus, external obliques, erector spinae muscles and serratus anterior and posterior), which (when keeping the abdominals pulled in) creates a pulling in effect. The internal abdominal, waist, and lower back muscle act as a girdle, pulling everything in. Essentrics, Ballet, Pilates, Gyrotonics, and a few other techniques work with these principles of pulling the muscles in at the waist, however, arrogant traditional trainers don’t understand this. Essentrics is not just a stretch workout, it strengthens the muscles in the elongated position through many planes of motion.

      @@Honeyfaced1 Loved your thorough reply! Do you think that Ballet may also give such slenderizing effect? Or will it give those bulky legs like ballerinas have? I ask, because I try try to choose between ballet and essentrics streaming

      @@InSync3912 I’m not sure what you mean by “bulky muscles”. I’m a ballet dancer and my muscles are very slender and streamlined ( as are every ballerina I know), yet strong and shapely. If you learn proper ballet technique, you should achieve long, lean muscles without bulking. I would still incorporate Essentrics though. It’s is a great compliment to ballet and will help you build strength and flexibility.
