      Rad Thadd WOW I didn’t even noticed it. jimao is the Chinese name i chose when I first started learning chinese. It means earth rabbit and that’s my zodiac sign according to the Chinese horoscopes. The name is definitely more stylish now thanks to your observation. Thank you

    In high-school i was bullied by a kick boxer. Even though i don't know anything about fighting, i stood up and fought him. I am no match for him. My nose was bloody, i got a black eye. And the days after the fight between us the Bully respected me even though i am no match for him. Guys just stood up to bullies. In the end the only thing you will regret is you wish you stood and fight. It doesn't matter if you got beaten. Everyone can be a mma fighter or boxer if they chose to. Everyone can do that. But the only important thing is you must be brave and stood up it doesn't matter if you lose. Being a coward is very unhealthy

    I have recovered good shape in the last couple months just training at home through your tutorials as well as Jeff Chan's. May even not get back to the gym when the lockdown is up.

    Fun addition I found for this, take one of these exercises and jab Every time your left foot comes down.
    I did it on the tic tac toe rotations every time I came back to center.
    Not trying to base a strategy or anything off it, but it's a good skill I think to be able to soft jab at least with unstable footing.

    i am 48 years old 5.7 feet tall 187lbs heavy and i wish to start kick boxing or boxing. But i am not that flexible. I need to loose another 20 pounds atleast to get fit. I also suffer from herniated disc at the upper back, disc no. 05 at the thorax area and i am in the ehealing processs fro another 3-4 months until the back pain on the spine goes away. Then i wills tart boxing for first time matial arts. Hope i get as flexble as you are.

    ## Solo Boxing Training for Core Strength & Footwork
    # Move around for warming up:
    60 secs each:
    1. Bouncen (high and low stance)
    2. Defence Only
    3. Limp Arms
    4. Straight Punches
    5. All Punches (regular shadow boxing)
    # Stretching
    # Footwork
    60 secs each:
    6. Tick-Tak-Toe on the floor, jumping from the center in each corner, standing on a single leg
    7. Skaters (Single leg squats to the side (as far as possible))
    8. Bobbing and Weaving
    9. Side to Side (Single leg left right over line as fast as possible)
    # Strengthening
    10. Push-Ups, touching shoulders in between (20x)
    11. Side Plank (Streching arm into the air and twist down) (10x each side)
    12. Bycicle (Criss-Cross w/ bent legs) (20x)
    13. Heel-Touches (Sit-up position, back down, touching heels) (20x each side)

    In my country there is less MMA chance Should I choose for 🥊 boxing I'm 12th Class &17yrs old... But I love to do fight with my all body like MMA having BJJ,Kick,Boxing, Wrestling etc..
