The Gondor Captain who held up What's-His-Name, the Orc hero chasing the ringbearers across the board.
The rewind used to show frodo and sam tumbling up the stairs or faramir running backwards are a touch of genious

I’m happy to see battle repots back, they are always super fun.
I think that I said this before about your Pelennor Fields videos, but your bat reps are the best I've ever seen. Perfect combination of close-in camera shots for the drama and intensity, and wider shots for context. And the movie snippets throughout are fantastic. I'm also really impressed by how you manage to play huge, grand battles, yet without it getting bogged down, and with the individual warriors still feeling important. And, of course, it's all played over an absolutely gorgeous board. Keep it up! 😀😀

Really enjoyed that! The Gondor player Sam rolled pretty damned badly (which is something I really sympathize with lol) but he still won which made me glad. It's nice to see clever winning out over good luck!

The battle truly shifted in favour of Gondor, once Ryan stopped throwing for them. Perhaps Saruman still had one last attempt to take the hobbits to Isengard?

That was a super fun batrep. Great to see the board in action. I would actually really love just another minute or so at the start of the video to explain some of the unique special rules, like Faramir getting a free point of might.

I think archery needs rules tweaking, the rangers were totally useless even though they had clear, elevated shots at orcs in the open 🏹
