Honestly one of the better games they've ever produced. Had its flaws across the different versions, but the hero point system and the general mechanics are so fun and contain a lot of depth in them. Shame it's so hard to find people who are interested in these post-Hobbit and covid days.

Wow. Zorpazorp always going that extra mile. You don't NEED beautiful siege towers to play this scenario, but they looked so awesome and menacing towering over the walls. You don't NEED a battlefield strewn with corpses but damn, seeing that in the background while fighting atop the best Minas Tirith ever made is an awe-inspiring sight.
Looking forward to a showcase on those towers !

if that's what I think it is (I read Silmarilion a long time ago) it was actually over 400 years old, when ancient elves and later, first humans, besieged Morgoth's (Sauron's boss) fortress and stopped him from ruling most of middle earth because he couldn't left

This is what I always wished I could pull off when I used to read my ROTK supplement years ago (as well as when I would check the old GW website that actually had fun, helpful articles and battle reports on it). In a way, seeing this is highly cathartic.

Great vid - quick note: when Zagdush got his lucky Strike-off against Gandalf around minute 25, Gandalf only got to F6 and Zagdush got to F10. When that happened, he could have Feinted and still been higher than Gandalf's FV and rerolled the two 1s he got . . .

Great video guys, love it. I think Gandalf should have lost his terrirfying Auro at the end there when he blasted with his last two will points in the store plus his free one. Might have made a difference to the courage test.

Very high level entertainment. Concluding the awsome setting and terrain, the professional players on both sides (especially great moving phases from Gondor), the directors cut and comments (this is art, man!) and finally your explainations and jokes while playing, you have clearly created a SBG battle report worth 11 of 10 points.
Why not 12?
Feinting has been already pointed out, I think. Most time the orcs used stabbing, feinting was the correct option. The Gondorians could also have used this option several times imo (in the beginning with spear support).
Also, a critical question for the game outcome: Orcs who killed themselves with stabbing... do the count to the kills for win? Since your rules say "Gondorians have to kill"?
Yeah the stabbing orcs count, stabbing is clearly intended to reflect punishment for lowering your guard with a bold stroke, so it'still the opponent dealing the damage even if you're rolling the dice, but they of course shouldn't have been stabbing haha! Glad you enjoyed it man!
Fast dice rolling for LoTR missile attacks: white dice to hit, red dice to wound, black dice for In The Way. Just roll all three at once. So long as there are no choices to make in the roll (like Might) then having the information of what the later roll in the sequence is doesn't matter.

correct me if i am wrong, but you stab when your fight value is lower than your opponent. In any other case (equal or bigger) you feint. I saw serverall cases where stabed with an orc vs a warrior of minas tirith

Purposely trying to get friendly fire on your own troops so your opponent doesn’t score the victory is such a Mordor tactic it hurts lol
You should do a minas tirith battle and straight after have another pelennor fields battle but make sure ryan dosent embarrass rohan
