Then the pandemic hit 😭. I do not see myself going to a gym anytime soon. Anyway, just purchased a cycle, Joroto and love it. Went to RUclips and found your beginner class. At 63 I learned my rpm’s and resistance, not fully being able to keep up with the hard corers. Love you! You are great at encouragement and your guidance in knowing our limits. Greetings Kaleigh. Two weeks ago I bought a spin bike looking for exercise during this Covid 19 shutdown. I am 74 years young and a pretty active guy who cannot sit idle for long periods of time. I was looking for some reference on how to do exercise on a spin bike and came across you videos. I am using your 20 minute Cycling for Beginners and Post Workout Stretching videos for helping me get through the pains of a beginner. I find your videos inspiring and they help me stay in the saddle for the 20 minutes. I am going to stay with it ( at my speed ) and try to advance upward to the more difficult workouts. I didn't even realize I needed some of these stretches until I started watching your videos. I have been dealing with lower back pain lately & 1 of my hips has felt so tight for the last several months. I should note that I've dealt with lower back pain since I was 8 & injured my tailbone on a trampoline, then injured my back again when diving off of a diving board wrong at 16, then falling down the stairs with 2 kids in my arms at 24 bruising my tailbone yet again. Tailbone injuries are worse than giving birth. Ouch. I'm a mess. I also injured my knee severely 2 years ago on a trampoline so cycling has been good as well. I'm glad you tube recommended your channel. I'm enjoying the beginner workout & the stretches. I've found a new love for working out now.

The console is not working so I was just peddling on your instructions. I will be back tomorrow for sure. Weighing in at 204.4 this morning and know I’m over weight at 5’6”. 2nd class with you. I have done spin before, but now have my own bike. My question for you is how do I know what numb tension I am on? Should I back all the way to the beginning and then just add half/whole turns? Thanks a bunch!
Loving the spin classes Kayleigh, just started the beginners classes 3 weeks ago. I’m currently at 1-2 classes a week, how long should I continue at the beginner level at this rate?
After my second 20 minute beginners ride I stayed for dessert! Highly recommended. I am 60 and find this really good, not too hard but tough enough! Will do the 20 minute beginners a few more times, maybe a week or two, then have a look to see what else is available.

This was a great workout! First time completing the 45 minute cycle! Was tough, but doable.
After my second 20 minute beginners ride I stayed for dessert!
