Every time I do this, I gain a better appreciation for how perfect this song is for tabata, right to the beats before the next interval signaling the end of the recovery!
Great encore. Short enough than you can push through it even when the tank is running low, intense enough that you feel accomplished. Great song Peter!

I came into this thinking "I just did a whole cycle, why am I doing this to myself" and finished with a "I'm so happy I did that". That was a great end to my afternoon workout.
Holy moly, if someone told me 3-4 months ago that I would have the strength to do this, I would not have believed it. But I kept showing up and working and finally hit the point where I can do a 20 minute workout plus 5 minute Tabata. Thank you, Kaleigh! Your workouts have helped so much on my health journey!!

30 minutes HIIT superset plus this tabata. 450 cals and 15.5km in 35 minutes! Wow. Post work out stretch/ circuits ate go8ng to burn! Thank you again. ❤❤❤

I love this format as a finisher for a 20 min ride. I use this format and change the “pushes” some of the ones I do are Tabatha 1: “rolling hill. Push at 9, recovery at 7 sprint Tabata 2: recovery is a freeze, push at jogging speed increase at 8 Tabata 3: pushes are right/left af 9, recoveries are regular 9. Tabata 4: same as yours, speed over saddle at 10
I did it after Day 1 of Incredible, woohoo, I plan to challenge myself. I did the three weeks ago at my daughters on a bike that I couldn't stand up one, today on my bike and it was great. Thank you KC for being awesome as always.

Struggled through day 1 ride of INCREDIBLE. And then pushed through with the encore. Even when I feel depleted, I know I can endure anything for the next 20 seconds. And the music is spot-on perfect to meet the challenges!
I did it after today’s ride. Extra cool down. Visiting my daughter and her bike doesn’t allow for standing up so was a challenge to do it all seated. It’s also 100 degrees in her garage 😮. Couldn’t let my ride go though. Love it too much.
