I went slower and turned my resistance down and got it done. Felt so good at the end! Definitely need to add the bike back in regularly. You are an amazing human Kaleigh 🎉
I felt proud to get through this. I wrapped the heck out of my foot and we got it done. I choose to say “yes” to being grateful for being able to do anything on the bike. Great class thank you Kaleigh!

I’m a week behind after a toe injury. Still hurts a bit to do standing moves but I improvised! Was so bummed as I am loving this program! I did all but legs last week … goal is to do every workout this week and get back on track! Keep doing what you’re doing … you are INCREDIBLE!❤

Very happy I randomly pressed play! I just joined a gym, I’ve never done a spin class before and WOW!! This was so much fun!!!! You’re a great instructor, the music was motivating and I loved it. Since I’m just starting out I did it on a recumbent bike and still got a really good calorie burn and workout. I did the Tabata one right after and then the stretching. It was the perfect workout in a fast amount of time and I feel great now. Thank you!
I don’t cycle but looked for a cycle routine for a post posterior chain lifting session and this was very fun! Your energy was awesome too, thank you!! I’ll come back for other workout finishers in the future 😊
Thanks Kaleigh just done this plus abs did weights on arms yesterday and weights on chest tomorrow with my son (personal trainer)so he can watch my form and make sure I am doing it right I am 69 now so by the time lam 70 l want to look like a young Arnold 😂 thank you again keep up the good work ❤
