💁🏼♀ Hello! I'm Kaleigh! I attended my first Spin class when I was 15. Since then I've been addicted to spin classes and indoor cycling. Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor, Stages Beats Instructor, and NASM certified fitness trainer, my goal is to share the most fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling workouts that will bring out your inner BUTT-KICKER!

Kaleigh, I just have to come here and publicly thank you for your workouts but especially for your stretching. No matter how "spicy" it gets during one of your cycling lessons, I never wake up the next morning feeling sore or hurt, like I used to, and I have absolutely no doubt that it's all thanks to these stretching exercises! It's amazing to notice the improvement not only in my cardio with the cycling sessions but also in my stretching with these! Thank you so much!

Thanks! I’m 60 years old. Always been a heavy lifter. Pain has caused me to change my outlook and I’m trying to get back in shape. Really enjoying the burn. My wife and I hope to hang in there
I honestly think you've changed my life. Your videos are entertaining but professional, challenging but measurable and most importantly supportive. In all my 20 years of training I've never actually enjoyed cardio but this I could do twice a day no problems. Once I've hit the RPMS in your beginner tutorials I will be joining you live, can't wait to see you there 🥰

I am so thanful I found your channel I broke my foot, memorial day weekend, 30 days before I was to set out to finish my PCT hike. I have reciently bought a fitness real spin bike. Amazon find. Anyway. I have finally been cleared (Labor Day Weekend) to strart training again, I gained 20 with my grief, healing and depression over the summer. Self sabatoge is what I am best at. Nonetheless I am all about a great rebound. This was my 2nd ride. Thank you Thank you Thank you. for getting me through that 20 mins. See you tomorrow!

I have the sorest hamstrings I’ve ever had, as I get back into cycling (both in the gym and outside). I’ve tried the stretches I know, massage gun, muscle relaxants, with little success. I have a physio apt in 2 weeks. I found this set of stretches and got some immediate relief. It’s not perfect, but a reduction in pain is great. I will keep coming back to these stretches. Thank you!

Hi , I having some much fun working out with recycling, I have a STRATUM BLADEZ IN the beginning I have a little bit trouble figuring out the resistance because my bike is not having the option but with your help I can thank I finally finished the calendar it took me a couple of months 😅but like you said mine sets to your goal please 🙏 what I do now

A day behind on April 23 calendar, but after being super discouraged in not finding a replacement part for my bike and not being able to play the videos at the gym (??) I headed to the home repair store and came up with an option that worked! Felt so good to be back on the bike. Love you KC!
