Being an introvert, I don't like being in crowded places so I prefer to do exercises at home. My brother and I bought a stationary bike last year, I just started using it last month with your beginner videos as my guide. This one is my favorite because it's all about the saddle. Thank you, Kaleigh, for sharing your knowledge. Your videos has helped me find the best workout for myself. I wake up at 5:30am every workweek to do this workout and have just decided to have "dessert" starting tomorrow. I have depression so I have to workout to help with my mental health. Stationary bike. You are helping save my Dad and I want to sincerely thank you for posting this. I used to always be in great shape from high school up until I was about 35. The past 5 years I fell out of working out and eating right. My Dad was diagnosed with hemochromatosis this past year and needs a liver transplant. I changed my diet completely, have been hitting the gym hard and running on a treadmill to be sure I’m eligible to donate part of my liver for him. Running is hard because of knee injuries in football. Cycling seems to be easier on my knees and your videos was perfect to start this journey. Anyone reading this comment, I’m asking for prayers that I get in the shape I need to donate and my Dad is able to get the transplant he needs. No need to reply, just pray 🙏🏻

Hey Keleigh, love the cycling videos. I’m a 71 year old Navy vet who bought a Pro Form La Tour de France stationary bike. At one time, as a a Navy Deep Sea Diver, I was in top physical form but embarrassingly let it slip a bit. Never got fat just out of shape and decided ENOUGH! At this time I am caring for my wife with stage 4 bone cancer and I need to keep fit for her. Keep those videos coming and keep kicking my backside! LOL, I need it.

This was my first class with new stationary bike. I am pretty unfit. Lol. It wasn’t easy for me but I kept up and when you said at the end “You finished”…there was such a release of energy, I literally burst into tears. I’m 61 and so this was huge for me. At 320lbs this was hard, hard work but with just a short water break in the middle I managed to finish it, though feeling like your pooch there and ready for a nap! I appreciate the constant pace you keep it at, it really helps in not thinking too much about it or worrying about how much time is left. Good for you! Proud of you for even getting on the bike it’s so hard to get started! I do at home workouts because I get very easily overstimulated and hate wearing sensory headphones for long periods of time because they hurt my ears
55 years old. Trying to get back into shape. Bought a Pro-Form Spin bike and found you on my iPad. No prior cycling experience. This was good. Staying in the saddle helps. I only made it 13 minutes, but I’ll build up everyday. Yesterday I could only do 10. Here we go!!!

I'm on a Precor spin bike. This is the best spin video I've found so far that fits my style. I like when instructiors integrate the music in the workout to help keep pace (especially helps in this case because I don't have a console). Thanks! I inherited a spin bike 6 months ago, so far I only pedaled while watching tv, 10-15 min at a time. This 20 min intro was my first real workout. So much fun! Can't wait for the next one! I love the enthusiastic energy, especially since I'm usually cranky, it balances me out!

Hi Kaleigh. Love your work out. I'm on a magnetic wheel spin bike with a 20 KG wheel . 1 normally do between 5 and 6 miles in this work out . Keeps me fit as I'm 73 and my resting heart rate is 54 and my blood pressure 110 over 60. I will keep on doing this as long as the old bones and muscles let me.

Gday from Australia Kaleigh, I have been using a stationary bike inside since September - I USED to ride to the beat of cycling specific music and rarely worked up a sweat. After this work out, it is literally running everywhere! I shall be back tomorrow because I feel GREAT!

This is better than many of the the peloton instructors I use. No irritating 'your a brave inner spirit', 'breath in the success, breath out the failure' nonsense . Just great focus on form and intervals with good music.

My first ever bicycling workout. Was advised by my doctor to do cardio, but I'm way too uncoordinated for aerobics and I hate the treadmill (again, uncoordinated). Bought an upright, magnetic resistant bike and figured I'd see what sort of video exercise I could do, being a newbie. I didn't get up to a 9, but did keep up with you for the most part. Got in a great workout and was proud that I made it thru. Thank you for putting this out there for us newbies.

I’m on a stationary bike recommended by my MD son after a series of medical tests about the pain in my right leg…all was normal… I always walked on a treadmill…day two on the bike and the pain is subsiding… I always thought the bike was so much less exercise than the treadmill… You have proven me wrong! I'm a guy that did spin classes for years, really enjoyed them. Had a hip replaced and my left knee has some serious arthritis, but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. Found this video on RUclips and did the workout. It's a fantastic routine for someone just starting out or getting back into it. I started riding in May or June at 60 years old and was doing really well, but I recently got Covid and had to take a couple of weeks off. I tore my ACL in December and had surgery 2 months ago. Before that i was doing hiit workouts and walking 10k a day so being able to do nothing has been very depressing for me. Getting to do this today finally felt like i got to work out again. Thank you.

I had a debilitating nerve condition for 3 years then brain surgery to cure it. That was 6 months ago today and I am slowly getting my strength back. You are to bikes as Adrienne is to yoga! I'm on a Precor spin bike. This is the best spin video I've found so far that fits my style. I like when instructiors integrate the music in the workout to help keep pace (especially helps in this case because I don't have a console). Thanks!

I inherited a spin bike 6 months ago, so far I only pedaled while watching tv, 10-15 min at a time. This 20 min intro was my first real workout. So much fun! Can't wait for the next one! I love the enthusiastic energy, especially since I'm usually cranky, it balances me out!

Hi Kaleigh. Love your work out. I'm on a magnetic wheel spin bike with a 20 KG wheel . 1 normally do between 5 and 6 miles in this work out . Keeps me fit as I'm 73 and my resting heart rate is 54 and my blood pressure 110 over 60. I will keep on doing this as long as the old bones and muscles let me.
Bought a Pro-Form 505SPX last year and have used it only 3times. Just hopped back on a few days ago and am feeling the good muscle pain I miss from my younger athletic years. Just need to keep myself going!! Thank you!! 2:41

Gday from Australia Kaleigh, I have been using a stationary bike inside since September - I USED to ride to the beat of cycling specific music and rarely worked up a sweat. After this work out, it is literally running everywhere! I shall be back tomorrow because I feel GREAT!

I'm on a new to me Famistar Spin Bike. 59 years young needing a knee replacement. This is probably my 15 or so ride on it. These beginners class kick my hinny.

This is better than many of the the peloton instructors I use. No irritating 'your a brave inner spirit', 'breath in the success, breath out the failure' nonsense . Just great focus on form and intervals with good music.

My first ever bicycling workout. Was advised by my doctor to do cardio, but I'm way too uncoordinated for aerobics and I hate the treadmill (again, uncoordinated). Bought an upright, magnetic resistant bike and figured I'd see what sort of video exercise I could do, being a newbie. I didn't get up to a 9, but did keep up with you for the most part. Got in a great workout and was proud that I made it thru. Thank you for putting this out there for us newbies.

I’m on a stationary bike recommended by my MD son after a series of medical tests about the pain in my right leg…all was normal… I always walked on a treadmill…day two on the bike and the pain is subsiding… I always thought the bike was so much less exercise than the treadmill… You have proven me wrong! I'm a guy that did spin classes for years, really enjoyed them. Had a hip replaced and my left knee has some serious arthritis, but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. Found this video on RUclips and did the workout. It's a fantastic routine for someone just starting out or getting back into it. I started riding in May or June at 60 years old and was doing really well, but I recently got Covid and had to take a couple of weeks off. I tore my ACL in December and had surgery 2 months ago. Before that i was doing hiit workouts and walking 10k a day so being able to do nothing has been very depressing for me. Getting to do this today finally felt like i got to work out again. Thank you.

I am a 53 year old noob. My days of street running are behind me and figured this would be a great alternative. I am using a stationary Sunny bike. Thanks for keeping it fun and getting my heart rate up. I'll probably do this three days a week and maybe increase over time?

I am on a stationary bike. I so want a spin bike but first I want to proove to myself that I'll actually use it by using my stationary bike which as served better as a dust catcher.
