Some people might not realize but this is not just a workout, it is also helping to get the right mindset for doing endurance sport. You can't push your heartrate to the limit for 60min if your mind doesn't embrace to get over your own limits.

I don't like this version of spin at all! Too much unnecessary movement and in/out with the lights. I'm glad I didn't watch this before I went to try out spin- it would have put me off for life!!

Starting today. How has your progress been going?
@@nianijones4611 7 Kilos so far. Trying to drink 3 liters a day, workout wise I do 12-3-30 and spinning and lifting weights around 3 times a week and I track my food to be in a slight calorie deficit. So nothing too crazy. It works so far.
