Would love for you to do a hip stretch mobility and strength workout. I find cycling/mtb always tightens my hips and lower back. Also, love you spin classes, my go too!

Mannnn , I just did my first ever 20 minute workout with your video and I surprisingly followed it all without stopping, was tough jt we made it. Was just doing these stretches but could NOT hold those glute ones for 30 so just did 15. I’m so excited for my fitness journey, been out of anything active for about a year now and I’m not in bad shape but I am totally out of shape when it comes to fitness and activities. I plan to walk 30 mins with my dog each day and then one of these workouts a day and go from there, also eating good Ofc
