I have inguinal harnia from March 2020, increased in size,going down n down, am 77 yrs now, fit n fine otherwise, doing terrace gardening ,spending 4 to 5 hrs daily. ,also do few exercises too.

Little reduced. Sometimes there’s and sometimes disappears. Actually it was started four years back. I am an NRI actually. I took Ayurvedic medicine during my vacation in India. I was absolutely fine around three years and suddenly it appeared once again.No medicine available due to Covid-19 not able to travel. Thank you Madam the concern

Hi Priyanka, glad to watch ur utube videos that someone is there I can now look upto for proper yogaasnas,I hv 8month old baby n I hv diastasis recti plus umbilical hernia,may I do these asanas for same problems ,will they help me to get back in shape ,pls help me ,reply..
It should help as I always say never force yourself in the beginning start gradually also if you have any family doc who can advice you to start with vigorous training then yes go for it :)

After surgery please take it easy and slow after 6 months start gradually

Surya namaskar is good or bad for hernia patients?
Surya namaskar has 12 postures where some poses won’t be advised like back arch , too much forward fold so I won’t recommend but yes you can modify it with using props like chair and wall :))

Not completely it needs more assistance. Also in person if you can consult a doctor if it’s too severe. And these poses should be done gradually, listen to your body.

I had a surgery 3 months ago n now m suffering from incisional hernia, doctor told me to do surgery, is it possible to overcome hernia without surgery. Need your advice plz.
Better listen to your doc since he knows your history well and he can help with that after surgery you can come back to your healthy routine after the surgery wait for the healing process :)
