    सर मे लगातार 2साल से तैयारी कर रहा हू तैयारी भी अच्छी है लेकिन मेरा उत्तराखंड पुलिस का फिजिकल 29 मई को है और पिछले 10 दिनों से मेरे साथ यह हो रहा है की कहीं ना कहीं मांसपेशियों में खिंचाव आ रहा है इसके कारण मैं बहुत परेशान हूं आप कुछ अच्छा सा सुझाव दीजिए

    Sir hamara physical hai 20 din baad abhi date nahi aayi hai mppolice ki 800 ki timing 2:45 hai lekin meri 2:44 aayi hai timing nahi gir rahi sir any advice

    sir maine 3 month aache se running kiya or jb physical dene jana tha to 7-8 days pahle se hi shin pain ho gya h ab 2 din hi bache hai pain avi v thoda thoda hai 😢

    I think if your timing is perfect you can rest for one week but running se previous day running jrur kre it helps in build up your confidence 🙏

    Delhi police ka mera 17 ko physical h meri hamstring muscle me pain h right leg ki is wjh se ne aage jhuk b na paarhaa bahut drd hotaa h
    Coach boltaa h kch na hogaa aate raho running ab zyada time na h mene decide kia h me rest karungaa acche se theeq karunga khud ko vrna waha dikkat ho jaegi
    Mera timing monday ko 5:58 aaya aur high jump clear h long meri kabhi 14 aati h kbhi thoda km aati h to kya mera ho jaega agr me ye baaki ka time rest b Karu to plz reply zarur dena

      ओ तो होता ही है लेकिन उसको दूर करने के लिए गर्म पानी में थोड़ा नमक डाल कर पैर को धोए 10 मिनट में आराम मिल जायेगा । मेरे साथ भी ऐसा ही हो रहा है ।

    Bhaiya ...thanks a lot...meri age 26 h , and mere pas 4 years ka ak baby...mera upsi me 94 questions correct h 16 nov ki 2nd sift and general category...apko follow karke maine running start ki...meri timing aa jati h 16 min me 2400 m but wo continuous nahi hota...means pahle to 600-800m continue then thoda chalkar phir 200m running phir 50m tak walking...aise hi kar pati hu...mera doubt ye h ki kya final running me aise ruk ruk kar running kar sakte h ya continue hi 2400m karna h...please bhaiya explain this topic and solve my doubts..
