सर मे लगातार 2साल से तैयारी कर रहा हू तैयारी भी अच्छी है लेकिन मेरा उत्तराखंड पुलिस का फिजिकल 29 मई को है और पिछले 10 दिनों से मेरे साथ यह हो रहा है की कहीं ना कहीं मांसपेशियों में खिंचाव आ रहा है इसके कारण मैं बहुत परेशान हूं आप कुछ अच्छा सा सुझाव दीजिए

Bhaiya ...thanks a lot...meri age 26 h , and mere pas 4 years ka ak baby...mera upsi me 94 questions correct h 16 nov ki 2nd sift and general category...apko follow karke maine running start ki...meri timing aa jati h 16 min me 2400 m but wo continuous nahi hota...means pahle to 600-800m continue then thoda chalkar phir 200m running phir 50m tak walking...aise hi kar pati hu...mera doubt ye h ki kya final running me aise ruk ruk kar running kar sakte h ya continue hi 2400m karna h...please bhaiya explain this topic and solve my doubts..

I think if your timing is perfect you can rest for one week but running se previous day running jrur kre it helps in build up your confidence 🙏
