      Jab start Kiya tha tab 8 min lagta tha.last 6.20 me complete Kiya ha.
      Aur 8 month laga ha

    Sir, I'm 83 kg with 5.7 inch tall.
    Last November i stopped running and my best was 2 km at 11.20 minutes. But I can't run more than 2 km. Now I am preparing for 800 m at 3 minute and 1.6 km under 6.30 minutes. I haven't any idea to make a proper routine. What steps should I take?

    भैयाजी CAF (chhattisgarh armed force ) भर्ती में 1500m उसके दुसरे दिन 5km का रनिंग रहता है तो , इसके लिए कोई workout बताइये ,जिससे 1500m+5km दोनो workout शामिल हो। और हमे AM में ही workout का समय मिलता है। please 🙏
