    🙏sir, I'm shweta,Sr dec. s running kr rhi hu ,2.4km. 16:30min. m aa rha h, shin pain continuously ho rha h, speed increase nhi kr pa rhi hu .
    हाथ बराबर ऊपर करके दौड़ते रहो या कोई दूसरा पोस्चर लेने से फर्क पड़ता है।
    सर पहले राउंड में सांस ज्यादा फूलती है फिर धीमे धीमे मेंटेन कर पाती हूं लेकिन सिक्स राउंड तक बिल्कुल स्टैमिना नहीं बचता।
