    Bhaiya main west Bengal se hu..aap ka previous workout aur dite plan 30 din se proper follow kar raha hu... Pahale mera 5 km ka 26+ min lagta tha ... Abhi mera (22min9sec) timing aa raha hain..
    I hope.. Last 10 din ka workout karke 20 down timing aajaya🎉🎉🎉
