It was a tough match, but you and Leo did good against top level opponents that have been playing together for way longer than you and Leo have.

Dude, this is a massive W for you - Like you said, these guys (top 50 doubles players) had a pop-off tournament. You and Leo put some serious pressure on them in Set 2, only dipping right at the end.
Hope this match gave you confidence (also, the crowd was hyping y'all up too!)

Outstanding doubles! Watching this match it really highlights how incredibly skilled all of you are at crowding the center of the court and taking away all of the angles. Finishing shots from all players are top notch too as everyone is incredibly efficient. Will you and Leo be playing any more doubles together? Many years ago his older brother visited us at the University of Minnesota, so we briefly got to play against him which was cool. Keep up the great content!

Great content with the 4.5 K half frame capture. Focusing was spot on with no stabilization on a prime lens. Hopefully more post production with a balanced colorization on an Eizo could bring you better results in the future. It's def obvious you're right eye dominant but that shouldn't be a problem in the future. Try a medium format that will give you more visual space & a clearer look on the baseline. Good luck!

Good job Simon. Nonetheless, new shoes versus broken in ones. You and Leo were rookies compared to your seasoned opponents. Good way to use it as a learning ground. It is an inspiration to watch. Good hands at the net. Keep your chin up. Keep it professional too. Great commentary on how they "slowly smothered you" with their net rushing, making the court feel smaller. A great experience hopefully. Cheers.

Hey Simon, I’m a fellow content creator and a lot of people don’t know I’m a 5.0 tennis player. Your opponents were so good at squeezing the middle at the net during the points, it makes me think you almost have to just take more risks and go hard down the line early on a few more times than you normally would. Or really go aggressive cross court to keep them away. But it’s so tough. Their instincts and moves were very high level.
I did have a quick question- did you do the captions yourself? Or use a service, editor, etc? I create videos and always looking to learn (Zelda Music Theory, 15k SUBs).
Always enjoy your content and personality.
    Thanks!

Just a question. What causes that some players have effortless big and strong drives or serves? For example Alcaraz, he is not the tallest, he is not the most muscular, but he has the strongest forehand of the tour. Is there a training that you could do to make your shots faster and stronger?

Warmup session, not warm obsession. Warmup (noun or adjective), not warm up (phrasal verb). 30-minute should be hyphenated. Court, not chord. Serve and returns, not servant returns. Center court, not senacord. Differ, not differentiate. Brother-in-law mowing, not brother in law moving.

Leo seems clueless in doubles strategy. Poor movement at the net- not active at all. He doesn’t follow the ball/cover, nor does he look to poach. The only reason you guys struggle when you serve, is because he sucks at the net.
