I bake them at 350 degrees. No steam. 190-200 degrees internal temperature is fully baked breads!

I had a forced fridge cleanout last month when our motherboard had to be replaced. It's very satisfying, though, to see it clean and ready for fresh food.
Hello Miss Tamara. I love your videos. Always have them on when I'm working on my list for the house and thank you for giving me the courage to try new dishes and thinks in the kitchen and thinking more outside of the box. I know its hard to be a truckers wife, but it takes a special kind of spouse to be a truckers wife. And we are those special kind of Spouses :). We are the ones who holds the Ford down and take care of everything around the house and yard so that he don't have to do it, when he comes home on the weekend. We are the Spouses to got his back. Be proud to be a truckers wife. I was one for a few years and proud of it, until life was trowing us a curve ball. Hubby had a 3-bypass 3 years ago and he can not more work in this line of work. Since he is home now, we spend every minute together, more then we did before this life change. But God is good, life is good. Blessings to you and your family from Coastal Carolina.

My husband is a trucker also, I wear a headset so I can keep my hands free for household chores while talking to him too.

I'm excited to try this new Italian loaf recipe. I use the milk and honey loaf every week pretty much. I did cheat last week and bought a Italian sourdough loaf from Aldi's. 😂 sometimes I just need a break. I did get all my veggies planted and all I've got left is my herbs which I'm going to get that knocked out by tomorrow. I went a little crazy when I bought them this year so now I've got to get three more pots and a couple more bags of dirt. I did start some lettuce, dill and cilantro by seed this year and I'm like you. I was like where's it at. Well FINALLY day before yesterday they all propped up so yeah. I'm excited about the garden this year. Your garden is looking good girl.

It's Sunday night here. Home from church and fixed my husband and I some supper. I'm watching you do all your dishes knowing in my kitchen I have a stack like that I need to do. It's been a busy week, but I did some gardening, and I also have some beef that I found on clearance canned up sitting on the counter lol. I totally understand. When you said you were composting in your garden, what kinds of things were you putting on it? Bread does look great by the way. I need to make some more bread tomorrow.
Veggie/fruit scraps, egg shells, homemade bread scraps. Coffee and tea grounds.

I am curious how long do you let your bread cool before cutting it? Most of the time my boys don’t let it get cool they eat it hot with butter 😂 but this loaf I’m going to make tomorrow they can’t touch till it cools 😂.

We call this egg bread. We don’t eat it with syrup. It’s savory. Salt and pepper ❤️

BTW, the milk and honey bread is an amazing and versatile recipe. I make a batch every week and am having a great time coming up with variations.
Of course, I make it into loaves, bagels, rolls. However, I also love turning it into non-traditional things: pretzel bites (cinnamon sugar and salted), Nutella croissants, swirl bread, cinnamon rolls, conchas (seashells also known as pan dulce or sweet bread which is Mexican sweet rolls with a crusted sugar coating). I’m also going to try to see how the dough is fried for donuts and beignets.
