Loved it! I tend to focus on my lower back because that’s where most of my pain is. So this was great to give my upper back some love! ❤

Fantastic! In just three consecutive days of following this routine I have experienced significant decrease in upper back pain. I am fused from sacrum to between my shoulder blades, so frequently battle upper back pain. This has really helped!

My spine is side curved to the left side. My right shoulder is lower and rounded. It looks like a bit shorter than the left one. Sometimes my shoulders or even the neck feel uncomfortable if I do some upper back exercises ( but I don’t know what pose exactly hurts them yet) Is there any yoga practice you can recommend to do in order to improve my situation and my uneven shoulders ? Thank you 🙏🏻

the hump is due to the rotation of the spine and there are a few videos on this channel :-)
