But I always come back to your yoga practice to reorient my body and begin exactly where I am in this moment. You have such a gracious and gentle yet strong and affirming way of teaching and I really value your guidance and care in a fast moving world. The ending with the block is so so perfect for my shoulders, and the whole flow is so calming on a Sunday before bed and work the next morning - thank you! x
loved the slow breathing, it really helped me drop in to the practice! having GAD I often have practices that don't calm me down completely and today I noticed a big shift in my state! will be concentrating more on breath from now on xx
