    I have to make long drives for work and find myself coming back to this practice again and again to release through shoulders and upper back

    I come back to your sessions periodically (more my inconsistent approach to exercise than anything else.) But I always come back to your yoga practice to reorient my body and begin exactly where I am in this moment. You have such a gracious and gentle yet strong and affirming way of teaching and I really value your guidance and care in a fast moving world. Thank you for staying true and reminding me how best to love my body. X

    loved the slow breathing, it really helped me drop in to the practice! having GAD I often have practices that don't calm me down completely and today I noticed a big shift in my state! will be concentrating more on breath from now on xx
