i was about to ask the question about your splendid legging, but you have already answered below😉I felt absolutely relaxed after your class, thank you Cat🙏Little question : you say in most of your classes that we hold our emotions in our hips ; I never went emotional during lizard, or malasana, or skandasana, nor supta baddha khonasana. BUT I want (or need ?) to cry every time I do reverse bird of paradise (regular one brings no emotions !)...is that normal ? ?
I love this practice! It's my go-to video when I am not feeling it. Not too intense, not too long and I feel sooooo much better after. Thank you Cat!
