Suspected armed robbery suspect. Had to say that twice just in case people weren't confused that this "fine citizen" is just a suspect at this point. Maybe don't do violent crimes so the police don't have to be violent back.
I agree just think how many no knock warrants they get wrong, cops out of control and I’m glad I wasn’t driving a car just like that one or it could have been me or anyone that’s why it’s wrong. 👍
The key word here is "suspect". Until a court has declared the accused guilty, he is presumed innocent under American law. Where is the proof that this guy "did violent crimes"? Running from the cops is not a violent crime.

Considering the kind of car chasing and acts of violence the cops have to deal with now days , I don't see a lot of sympathy for the criminals..

He's a known gang member, which places his homeboy under the same suspicion. And KTLA of course pushes its lefty narrative by showing an edited version of the arrest,
Don't care? Then don't comment
@@peehussle_DRSGVGANG He doesn't care about the suspect. Do you?
He will NOT be back on The Streets in 48 hours
No but he will be a few million dollars richer. Care to take a guess where the money will come from?

There should be no excessive force limits for known criminals.
That would be communism. Yay big government, yall love giving them all the power lol😂
Boo hoo
We need to be kinder to our gang members. They are valuable members of the community as they bring peaceful vibes and safety.
Bro the point of the video is that they’re abusing their power.
Regardless of deserved, cops shouldn't do that. Just gives the criminal a chance at court, he was already detained.
How hard is it to comply? Convicted felon criminal gang member wanted for armed robbery knew he was going to jail and resisted....
Innocent till proven guilty you genius
@MrBerniemak already a convicted felon so not innocent.....brainbox
Society loves their criminals.
You can judge the worth of a society by how it treats it's criminals. -Fyodo Dostovesky
yeah and because society loves its criminals non of them will be arrested
Mostly California and new yorlk
Dude is going to get paid. Good job deputies. You guys are so brave !
I could watch that video all day.
Perfect reason why there are many departments across the country struggling to recruit officers. Every single action they do gets questioned. Why have laws if no prosecutor or politician will adhere by or get criminals separated from society.
There are laws you just don’t like the ones that say criminals are human too and shouldn’t be abused just because they’re criminals and you just can’t turn a blind eye in every case due to the possibility that good eye will turn on you Jey and there you are assed out getting beat down for a minor infraction by a deputy that’s highly upset the wife wouldn’t let him violate her before he came to work.
That’s a story a former female police officer told me about one of her coworkers used to carry on like that she got so disgusted with the mentality she quit the department in LA county but not the LAPD
@@jessegibson7734 never said it’s ok for a police officer to beat up someone just out of thin air. Not all police officers are angels either but what I’m trying to say is that an outside perspective cannot judge a police officers actions based on a 10 second clip. “Resisting arrest” does not always mean that a subject is fist fighting but it also means that the person is avoiding the arrest or further delaying it by not complying.
@@Jey_Ace Jey the guy is subdued and appears to be complying but Mr gung ho is running on aggression and if you take a second ask yourself why aren’t the other deputies behaving the same as him. He is the only one that is being investigated as he should because nobody else reacted in that situation like he did. I promise you I’m not a bleeding heart for criminals and I’ll be the first to say whipping of the behind is occasionally a part of the job especially when you’re being challenged and threatened by jerks and A- holes but that wasn’t the case this time Jey
I have no sympathy for repeat offenders especially if they're involved with armed robberies.
The homie took it like a man and he isnt gonna be complaining. This is what we call a man who knows what the consequences of his life are. Story over. Move on.
That’s true. A real homie would get up and brag that they didn’t hurt him at all.💪
We all saw him resisting
Why do you need an investigation? The video makes it pretty damn clear, doesn't it?
He needed more knuckle sandwiches!
😅😅😅😅
The problem is the cops do this to innocent people aswell.
let's see what led up to that. reasonable things can look unreasonable without context.
Need K9 to intervene. 😢
Gang member, from jail hell no . I don't see nothing wrong. Cops did the job that guy was giving them a hard time . Got support the 💙 someone is trying to get pay with free 🆓 taxpayers money.
Pretty sure all them bruises was from the guy falling on the way to the squad car. I mean, it happens
It was justice well served..they need to bring this back
Did it ever go away?
Resisting arrest is a very bad decision, adrenaline and the body stiffens up tight very hard to cuff a person and he was wanting for Armed Robbery not a good citizen
Look like clean knee’s to me 🤷♂️
No foul detected
thats a coward move kneeing a man in the face after hes already laying down with 3 guys on him

Knee to the skull?? Excessive... ? What gave it away?
Muy bueno
Poor guy…..he didn’t do nothin !
Just try to feed his dawgs
100 percent excessive use of force. Theyre strikimg a grounded Body. It illegal to utilize these knees to a grounded opponent in the UFC do to how dangerous they are.
What about excessive use of violence Excessive active crime from Street gangs?
So now this criminal is not only going to go to prison he'll probably get released actually he's going to get millions of dollars good job cops
Maybe the DA, Judge, and local politicians STOP 🛑 LETTING them out early and nobody will be in harm’s way.
FAFO! When a model citizen resists, as homeboy here did, cops need to do what they need to do, to get the guy in cuffs. Nice six-four, though.
🥱
The concern of the use of excessive force during the arrest of a known robber? Really?
I'm more concern about the use of excessive force when he robbed someone innocent
Hi From The Sky 💫
Violent arrest/ violent assault
Cant they tase him to get his hands? Cant stand crooks, he wasnt giving his hands, but spray or tase maybe?
This police officer needs to be removed from the police force immediately as well as be reprimanded.
Obviously the guy filming it is his friend
I love the lack of compassion for the criminal in the comments...
Nothing out of the normal here for san bern
I am not condoning actions on this video, but ..... if you were not present at the
time this happened, you may want to consider this: judge not, lest you may also
be judged.

Watch a few videos of the definition of resistance. You will be surprised. Still, kneeing a suspect in the head? Bad move officer!😮
Armed robber should face a judge for punishment not some overzealous cop this was excessive use of force lack of emotional control and the other cops watching should have stopped him and should face some discipline
