"The officer who tripped me used excessive force and should be fired for incompetence." - idiot who tripped over his own feet
Funny how a man who was choking a guy said he was using excessive force on him o I just love Karma in the blink of an eye
what a surprise, a cop thinking he's above the law...
Yeh it's unusual that isn't it. Not something we see very often, usually just 365 days a year.🤔🤣
He can dish it out but can't take it.
He's under investigation to see if he's mentally competent to be an officer?? I thought that happens BEFORE you become an officer. So this state Cop thinks he should keep his unpaid vehicle without paying for it. So! Let me help the department to determine if he's competent. aaaaaah NO!!!!!
investigation over he is crazy as it gets
i think he had a mental lapse. it's possible to gain a mental illness later in life such as schizophrenia
Plz I know someone who should have nothing to do with life or death situations, failed the police psych exam for our county. Gets a job as a city cop. What a fing joke.
@@DT-diztortion interesting, there's such a huge shortage on police officers i guess they finally taking whoever they could
They do a psych test before they get hired but people can change and he could have passed the test when he got hired but as he gets older theres the possibility that he may not think the way he use to be able to
"He shoved me." Because all short repo men go around shoving insane, 6"+ police officers ... . This tells us exactly the type of lies this former officer has gotten away with in the past.
Lol
6 inches lol
Apparently the repo guy admitted to that - and more - in a civil suit
@@jimwerther irrelevant after being assaulted.
This cop is a piece of shit and deserves to rot.
@@SeanMichaelWesley
Did I say that he was an upstanding individual?
That guy is a time bomb.
If you ever find yourself in this position turn into the choke.
what do you mean by ‘turn into’ it??
The fact that they questioning this man mental state tells you alot about the training & background checks to become a police officer they need to do better
I know I keep hearing more and more stories like this 😡😡😡
It could have easily been after he was hired though
So he's a loser. Getting his car reposessed. Now he has a criminal record. Good!
The court will shelter him and drop the charges
@@noneshere i mean it was 8 years ago google it instead of speculation
You know he is working on some other Police Force right LOL
@@noneshere shut up pu s sy boy!!!!! Siiuuuu
(Nah I never read replies 😎)
He must be in bad financial condition to have a Nissan Xterra which was discontinued in 2015.
You can see the sense of entitlement dripping from him!
DEFINITELY NOTTTT he needs that badge taken away. ASAP
They need to go back and reinvestigate every misdemeanor and felony arrest by this officer.
I worked with a guy who wanted to be a correction officer, he was really cool and we all got along well with the guy, then he became the supervisor at work, that's when he really showed what he was. Sadam Husain was abused and so this guy was. It says a lot about a person when in power. This kind of people actually suffer and to minimize the pain they find pleasure by making people suffer and even kill
Retrials👍
“Do what I say”
“NO YOU DO WHAT I SAY”
“You’re under arrest”
“NO YOURE UNDER ARREST”
Power goes to cops heads
If I was the repo man, I'd be suing that piggie
Paid suspension, you serious.. Unbelievable!!!!!
This is great. The cop accused them of excessive force when there was literally no force used.
he forgot those cop had camera......
That's their m.o.: always claim "suspect was violent" to try justifying shooting or tasing someone who didn't even have a weapon in hand...
@The Honkening it's still bizarre to shoot unarmed people considering you can shoot them with bean bags or gang up on him with the 8 police officers that come running whenever they're called. Lethal force shouldn't be so quickly used, we have technology these days.
@The Honkening Case by case basis of course, as with all things. In my city police are very careful with their use of lethal force and use descalation tactics a lot. Seems to work fine, depends on the kind of criminals of course.. Old lady with a purse is easier to handle than a methed out 6'3 man with a knife.
It looks like they used spike strips, and his air jordans went flat.
He was suspended on PAID leave. A very common sentence heard all to often.
Cop commits indisputable crime on camera and needs to be internally investigated while paid to do nothing
hey, paid vacation, what a treat
And yet he still does not pay his note on his car.
Paid! he should be fired without pay smh
Cop -you're not going to take my car today.
Repo man- well make your payment on time then
This is why carrying a gun to protect yourself is important.
Silly cop, you're only allowed to solve problems with violence if you're on the clock!!!
Good on the other officers for not turning a blind eye to his behavior.
they couldn't, the cameras were out.
Mike Emmons Right, because that has ALWAYS stopped the corrupt officers from doing wrong.
Not all officers are scum bags. Just unfortunately a decent percentage.
CAMERA can work wonders
He tripped on his own feet obviously a shoot first kinda cop !!
Definitely needs to be fired
'I was walking away because you used excessive force!' IMMEDIATELY AFTER PUTTING AN INNOCENT MAN IN A CHOKEHOLD FOR SEVERAL MINUTES.
Did he get charged for assaulting the repo guy, like a regular citizen?
Donovan F aggressive battery
Let him do his own Google search, you ain't getting paid to feed his laziness
Aggressive battery
ruclips.net/video/XZAuiE3Ec9A/видео.html
they apparently interviewed him at the time as well
He should have gotten a felony for fleeing and eluding as every civilian would have gotten!
