4 minutes means someone tipped them off about exactly what the criminals were looking for. So maybe the housekeeper or someone who works there.
I wonder if they had workers inside the house recently doing remodeling, plumbing, etc?
Or cameras all over the inside of the house connected to internet.
The pet dogs in the house moving around them , seems odd too .
4 mins is a lot of time to get a lot of stuff

Great job Gavin and democrats. Leadership is great and laws work...
I sympathize with the homeowner but look at the design of that house. One main thing to prevent burglaries is to have your house covered to the outside: curtains/shades drawn so people can't see in. An entire wall of that house is glass. Who would even live like that, with no privacy? The glass wall is like a sign "ROB US"
K so you are basically blaming the victim... It's like scolding a girl who wore a short skirt in a bad neighborhood really late at night.... NO matter how short the skirt, that doesn't give anybody the right to violate you or your property.
and have paint peeling on outside of house and trash in the yard and few broke mowers too. works for me. I cant even get people to let me pay them to show up.
@@thewedge8823 I agree with what you are saying but I think as homeowners we have to also be conscious of the type of place we live in and take precautions to protect ourselves.
I understand having a large window is no reason to get robbed, but it seems that if she had some sort of window privacy, the burglars may have not broken in because they wouldn’t know what’s going on inside.
unfortunately many old homes have such design

As the nation descends into third world status looking back many will say what could have been done but the downfall of a country is due to a few key areas. Controlling the border is one. Good luck people I think this stuff is going to be very frequent soon.
You’re looking too deep into this.
Eugenics at work. Look at South Africa today.
Look at Maid services in the area...I wonder if they use a certain housecleaning company, because they know where everything is!
Good point. I once lived in an apartment building where the gardening service had an employee casing the complex so his friends who later showed up at night and knew what to steal.
That’s why I don’t trust anyone. Even when I stay at hotels & refuse house keeping, I don’t want people in my room casing out my clothes & everything.
I overhead a couple of fiber optic cable guys talking about how they cased properties while they were installing lines and gave the info to other guys who then went back and knew exactly what to take and who had dogs etc.
apparently they were mostly taking copper
@@kelleywyskiel3478 I personally knew guys who worked for a telecommunications company & would replace old copper cable that was used for telephone lines and replace it with fiber optic. This was in the late 90’s but they would just rip off copper cable and keep it. They were supposed to take it to a big dump yard for recycling but they kept a big majority of it. Point of the story is yes, even those guys are crooked.

Inside job. Seen this too many times when I was doing contract work in wealthy areas. Housekeepers, gardeners, dog sitters, nanny's, other contractors who know the property, or construction workers down the street. They usually give the info to a family member or friend, then that person or persons commit the crime, as to not get caught.
“Inside job” to the extend that the thieves knew where the property was located which definitely is pointing to information from someone who knows. That might include all of the house workers & especially house cleaners but not only. Criminals have also information from police (“crooked cops”)too who are familiar with hiding places in people’s homes for their valuables. Unless someone has ‘hidden room” that nobody knows about it, hidden safe, hidden double floor, etc., very sophisticated hide away that no one knows it than no police would know & no cleaning women either.

A lot of people say inside job, but just think about the layout of most two story homes and where the valuables would be. They’re not in downstairs guest rooms or the kids rooms, they’re going to be in the primary bedroom and closet. Even if you don’t know the layout of a home it takes less than a minutes to run upstairs and locate the primary bedroom and after that it’s just a matter of opening drawers.
A lot of LA homes have their house layout posted online with photos of the inside. Perhaps that is a possibility why they knew their way around.

You failed to think about one obvious fact. Most people are very predictable and usually put their valuables in the same locations as many others. Burglars, like most criminals, are usually not too intelligent but pick up on trends and know exactly where to hit & run. Unless the homeowner has a non movable or a hidden safe they will often put valuables in the master or main bedroom under a mattress. If not, dresser drawers will hold jewelry and cash, bedroom end tables have the gun(s), bathroom medicine cabinets the prescription drugs, and other expensive items.
