It’s expensive, but the highest spring resistance for this model is a whopping 150lbs!

But the handles are not the same as the original X5. The combination of those handles and the X5 extended range of motion, is what makes the X5 such a versatile tool.
Hello! Greetings from Glasgow! I remember when you spoke about reissuing the X5. Bullworker HAVE stolen your idea! I was thinking of ordering a Bow Classic to replace my 1980 model but I reckon I'll wait and see how much their standard (re)issue X5 is gonna cost. Thanks for the heads up!
It is already online....but 299,-- it is still expensive.
How can bullworker justify 500 for the 60th anniversary edition and 250 for the pro which is the same, bar the gold anodised finish.
It's s lot of money! I had an old Bullworker 2 years ago, and now I've got the more modern classic with the springs.
I've never tried the X5 but the extra movement you get with the straps looks like it could give some interesting angles for training.
I'll just have to stick with what I've got at the moment though as my money is in short supply.

So glad I found your channel. I just recently found my Bully Xtreme ( a Bullworker knock off ) and I've been binge-watching your content. I did notice the 60th anniversary model posted on their page. Same reaction, beautiful, but I'm not sure if it's $500 beautiful. I also saw the same comment about the X5 and their reply. If they reintroduce the X5, I'll vouch for you and say they owe you one too.
My video is a bit tongue in cheek and I'm not really sure if they saw my video or not but it would be great to have a sample for review.

In my opinion the adjustable springs are a great idea just like with the Classic. As other more knowledgable users have mentioned here this deluxe 60th anniversary edition doesn't have the additional handles on the shafts that gave the original X5 an extended range of motion on so many exercises. And I think the price is way too expensive. I admit I might've paid a little more than I should've/could've for a nice, original used X5 at $100.00 USD including shipping, the original box and instructions but it does the job very nicely and I feel it was money well spent. I can't figure out why they didn't make the new version an upgrade of the original X5 incorporating the best features considering how popular it is and the price they are asking for it. It's almost as if the "genius(es) who came up with this idea have never used an original X5 or at least used one for the express purpose of comparing it with the Classic and Classic Bow to see why so many loyal Bullworker users prefer the original X5. It seems like they missed quite a few potential sales due to both the design and the high price tag.
I had one as a youth I wasn't strong enough to use it don't know what happened to it

How can Bullworker justify their prices? Their profit margin must be laughable and they need to drop prices by a large percent for me to even consider buying one brand new!
The reasoning is because it's really high quality and the changeable springs aswel than thes inflation so thes no surprise that there high in price every now an than they put a discount on it sometimes goes to 200 pounds or 170 pounds

Hi did you look at it, it dose not have the great hand grip like you love so may be not so great, or you need another word with them.Because it's just a classic with two straps!!!

1) The new version does not have the grips that jut out from the shaft, allowing you to compress the X5 inwards, towards the center. Instead, you would have to grasp the shaft directly, which can become slippery.
2) The new version only has one join on each side.
3) The new version is only 28" long.

Truth is any of these Bullworkers work unless you can compress the unit fully on any exercise
Good Day Sir I have a question for you regarding the black X5 Bullworker, what would you say is the max resistance level?
I believe the literature at the time said it was 150lbs/68kg. Although, I have no way of verifying that?

It's actualy 249.00 if you provide email address its 10% less making it 224.00, 25.00 more then the classic.
